Two out of four times going to this location they have forgotten to add the vanilla to my pretty simple order of “one medium vanilla latte hot”. Unfortunately this is the location I pass on the way to work, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location.
Went to the drive thru to order one frap. Waited in line for 6 mins before ordering. Then it was my turn. I waited in line another 15 mins to get to the window. Cashier didn't even apologize for the wait. I asked her what was up and she said someone changed their hot drinks to iced ones. Why didn't they tell that person to park and wait for their for their drinks? Held up the line for nothing. Very rude. Won't visit this location again.
