My husband and I went through the drive thru and the person at the window made a mistake and charged us for the wrong order. I understand that mistakes happen, but the way Tyler treated us was unacceptable. His lack of apology and his condescending tone/attitude was definitely not appreciated. I encourage further customer service training for this individual.

Ordered a white chocolate caramel mocha but there was no caramel added. Tasted fine, but wanted a bit of caramel with my drink.
The crew is great here.... All nice and helpful.... They go beyond the call of duty....Dietary restrictions: They have many options.... All you need to do is ask....Parking: Plenty of parking....Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of access for wheelchairs....

Two out of four times going to this location they have forgotten to add the vanilla to my pretty simple order of “one medium vanilla latte hot”. Unfortunately this is the location I pass on the way to work, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location.

10/10 srarbucks, they we all friendly and were very quick with the drinks. Everything was cleaned, and the atmosphere just felt cozy.
Went to the drive thru to order one frap. Waited in line for 6 mins before ordering. Then it was my turn. I waited in line another 15 mins to get to the window. Cashier didn't even apologize for the wait. I asked her what was up and she said someone changed their hot drinks to iced ones. Why didn't they tell that person to park and wait for their for their drinks? Held up the line for nothing. Very rude. Won't visit this location again. One by Walmart is so much faster and their employees are nice. By the time I got to the window my frozen drink was melting. Save yourself the hold up and go to another location.
