It's hard to overstate how important this truck is to me. I make plans with my friends, they ask me to bring them to Tacos Pachuco. When I go to a gas station, I take out cash just so I have it on hand for Tacos Pachuco. I come about once a week, and the entire time I've been doing it, Tacos Pachuco has delivered exactly what I am craving, every single time. The service is as fast as it needs to be. Stopped for a mid-day snack on my recent trip to Denver and, they were sooooo good, we went back the next day for lunch! The BEST tacos I've ever had!!! My favorite is the tripa (tripe) taco. Crispy edges with just the right amount of seasonings.Plan on doing take-out or eat in your car. Only a few chairs next to the truck. A little bit of a wait for food during peak times but very efficient two person operation.Definitely will be my first stop next time I'm in Denver!

Pretty good tacos, coming from someone who lived in the southwest AZ years. I seen the reviews and had to try. Went with my family and next thing you know we were going again the next day with another family member. This is a food wagon cart on the side of the road in a tire shop parking lot.
