Their service for any orders to go is horrible if you use an app. They do not treat their online customers like others. If you eat here, come in person or order from. Another jack in the box.
Every time we go to this Jack in The Box, they never have the food we want. They either stopped serving it or they ran out. We have left twice because they didn't have what we wanted.

Well...you get what you pay for right?Unfortunately that wasn't even the case in this situation. Ordered loaded popcorn chicken box meal and not only was it not loaded it came in two separate boxes like it wasn't a complete order and just threw together at the last minute. The meal came with a drink and the drink was 3/4 full. The person at the window was so void of emotion we had to ask for our credit card back more than once.
