I used to go to this Starbucks often, until one time I did a mobile order, waited in the store for 30 minutes, then I walked out. I did not care about a refund. And just today in the drivethru while waiting for our order there is one person visible in the back, her back turned toward me and my partner, having some sort of conversation either on the phone or to someone not visible. Crowded with morning commuters, understandably. Preordered via app for in store pickup. Baristas called out names as they delivered mobile orders - except they never called my name when depositing my two items in the pick up area.
My fav van latte & scone. BUT so so overpriced! And they charge for an extra pump of syrup! ?
