“First and foremost Nancy is hands down my favorite. She always has the sweetest smile and a positive attitude. I KNOW when Nancy serves me my (complicated) coffee my day is always going to be a little brighter. I usually get pretty bummed when I stop by and she isn't there.The rest of the staff is always so nice! Drinks are always on point. 10/10Bonus points: I had to put my dog down a few weeks ago and my favorite thing in the world (Aside from Nancy) is Carmel. I told the lady over the intercom I was going to put her down and asked for a pupachino with Carmel and she was so sweet and accommodating. I don't remember her name. She must have told the whole staff because everyone was in the window in tears trying to see my sweet girl. It made me feel so supported in making such a hard decision. And it made my girls last few hours a little sweeter.“
“The workers here are the kindest Starbucks employees I’ve ever encountered. I stop here at least once a week, usually twice, on my way to work. I am ALWAYS greeted by everyone working, and usually walk out with at least one compliment on my outfit. They always make my morning brighter ?“
“Olivia is a treat. Always serves with smiles, laughs and jokes. honestly the only time I come in, Is if I know she is working. The other employees seem like they have no care. The ambiance and atmosphere are levels above the weekly average when she is present. It sucks this store would have thousands of more positive reviews if everyone adopted the same attitude and passion as her. It doesn’t hurt to serve a coffee with a smile. The upper management is failing on there hiring process. Please either do better or give that shining star of an employee a promotion AND more money. I encourage people to come here more often when’s she’s working AND when’s she’s not to put pressure on the staff and upper management to do better. Give this store a chance Tues- Saturday mornings. You will not regret.“
“This is my favorite Starbucks. My home store. Coming here every day the crew gets to know me. I love it when I come in and they ask if I'm having my usual? Which usually am. My order is a lot! But they know just how I like it. They even put the leftovers from the drink into a small cup for me and add whip cream . I love it. Check out this shop!“
