These people are the best! They are always willing to go above and beyond.
Not too sure why Ragu left a poor review. I was there when the situation happened and the baristas asked him multiple times if he wanted his drink remade after he voiced his concerns about the quality. For some reason he denied the baristas attempts and said it was okay, but then sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes writing his review. Ordered a white chocolate mocha. This is my go to drink that I’ve ordered for years. This time it was not sweet and tasted like coffee mixed with milk. I believe they forgot the white chocolate sauce in the drink.
