The staff is generally friendly and attentive, but occasionally, an employee may seem less enthusiastic about their job. While the drinks are usually prepared without issue, there have been instances where the order was misunderstood, leading to a hot drink being served in an iced cup. Fortunately, the customer was able to manage the situation. Additionally, this Starbucks location does not provide the $0.10 discount for using a reusable cup, despite selling them. Although the convenience of the in-store Starbucks is appealing, the recent experience and the lack of the reusable cup discount have led the customer to consider visiting the standalone Starbucks location instead.
