“Kirsten, Britney, Brandi and Patty is the entire team that works at this location. All of these nice ladies know my name, know my family and show me the warmest hospitality every time I come to their location. It is much easier to drive through a Starbucks. However, the service I receive at this location is priceless. I believe I gave each one of them a Christmas gift card last year. So, if you go this direction and you need coffee I certainly would give these nice ladies the opportunity to provide this service. It hurt my heart when I saw there was only one review and it wasn't 5 stars I am glad to be here and fix that mess. Five stars all of the way. I am a service professional myself, I have been one for 23 years so it takes a good place for me to go to every single day, sometimes three times a day, but don't judge me. “I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews about this place, other than knowing that people are more likely to take time to write about their negative experiences rather than the good ones. I'm newer to the area and when I saw the low rating and comments I was almost going to go to a different location, but I'm so glad I didn't! Every time I come here, I'm greeted by a happy smile, kind staff, and my order is always perfect! Not only are the staff kind, they also continuously thank customers for their patience and communicate with each other very well about what's next in their queue in order to get through a busy morning rush.
