Starbucks in Louisville

“The employees here are so sweet! I was working on my computer for about an hour there today, and the entire time, they were greeting customers (or thanking them for coming in as they left). Also, after I ordered my drink, I got settled and was waiting for my name to be called, but one of the employees just brought my drink over when it was done! A while later, one of the employees actually checked in with another customer because she realized she forgot to add flavoring to her drink (and she then fixed it). I was so impressed with how genuinely kind and upbeat everyone was. I’m looking forward to coming back!“

“Ordered via mobile order, and everything was perfectly ready when I got there. A barista greeted me when I came in and then said bye and used my first name as I left… I assume she remembered my name from having made part of my mobile order and seeing my pick it up. Nice touch!
This location always does a great job!“
