“The service here is excellent. Whenever I place a pickup order with or without food, it's always ready on-time when I come in. The baristas are super sweet, almost always greet me with a "good morning" and a "thank you" when I leave. Keep up the great work barista baddies“
“1-2 times per week I make a mobile order and head to pick up my chai and egg bites. Always asking for the egg bites in an oatmeal cup with a fork and knife. Last week I pulled through the line to announce on the speaker I had done a mobile order, the voice on the other end replied “we’ve got you, AND we have your egg bites ready in the oatmeal cup with a fork and knife”Out of the many customers they serve daily, they remembered ME!To Addie, Megan and Lauren, thank you for making me feel seen and for such incredible customer service! I have been raving about this experience all week long.“
“So grateful for great customer service and this place has one employee that not only myself but my son look forward to going to this specific location because of this employee. Nathan is always very polite and accommodating with drinks. I know it’s a pain to try to make Keto drinks and at least 60% of Starbucks employees have been very rude when asking for certain drinks. No matter what time it is Nathan is ALWAYS in a good and happy attitude. Definitely our go to Starbucks location ?“
“Once I was picking up for my sister and I grabbed the coffee with her name only to find out she didn't order it through the app due to lack of internet. So as I went back in I explained my error to the employees and they weren't mad or rude in the least even though they had to remake the drinks. They are fast and kind and they are one of the better Starbucks in the area.“
“The staff at this Starbucks in Longmont are generally friendly and attentive. Despite the occasional rush hour queues, they manage to maintain a sense of efficiency and professionalism. They also take the time to engage in small talk, creating a welcoming environment for patrons to feel at ease.“
“Changing my earlier review out of fairness. Since I reviewed 2 months ago, I've gone in once to see if there was any change. Customer service was much better, I'm not seeing the faces I saw before, who could have not cared less that you were spending money in the establishment, and the atmosphere looks like a Coffee Shop instead of a fraternity house. Haven't seen the 3pm staff meeting lately, but that doesn't mean it's not happening. Please allow mobile orders to pick up their orders in shop vice waiting in the drive thru if you're having a staff meeting during rush hour. Lock the front door, and open the side door next to the Mobile Order counter. My .02.“
“I go here twice a week for breakfast & coffee. 90% of the time, everything is perfect, however some of the time they will forget small things, or make the drink entirely wrong, which is forgivable, but it does seem quite frequent here compared to some other starbucks in town, but overall, a great experience and it’s perfect for your coffee needs.“

“First of all as with any constructive criticism the atmosphere is immaculate, there seemed to be ample staff and they were civil. On the back end of the experience it took over ten minutes to be served...the wrong drink. I normally don't issue complaints but this one is warrented: it's not the first time that it has happened. I lost track of the number...but oh well civil, am I right...and certainly not prone to discrimination.“
