Starbucks in Longmont

“The young lady that served me was soooo kind and friendly. I dont remember her name but i was there shortly before 10am on August 13th. Girl deserves a raise and a promotion. I haven't gotten that level of customer service at a SB maybe ever.“

“Their coffee is a little over-roasted for me, but before 11am they serve a blonde roast which I love. I don't frequent many Starbucks
, but the employees here are super kind and always quick service. Free pup cups are a big plus!“

“I've been going to this Starbucks the whole time I've been in the area. I used to live in Longmont and after I moved, I kept coming back because the staff were so welcoming and the atmosphere was great for doing school work, which I did a lot of.“

“So grateful for great customer service and this place has one employee that not only myself but my son look forward to going to this specific location because of this employee. Nathan is always very polite and accommodating with drinks. I know it’s a pain to try to make Keto drinks and at least 60% of Starbucks employees have been very rude when asking for certain drinks. No matter what time it is Nathan is ALWAYS in a good and happy attitude. Definitely our go to Starbucks location ?“

“I've been going here forever. The employees are always so nice and friendly here. They definitely should be paid tons more. The only thing for Starbucks in general is they add WAYY too much ice into everything, which unfortunately takes away from the otherwise great flavor.“

“Stopped here for a while to kill time before a work meeting I traveled to longmont for. Ashleigh was super friendly and positive. I had just finished driving 2 hours from the springs when I walked in so the warm welcome and good service was definitely appreciated.“

“Just now went through the drive through and the employee working it made my awful day so so much better. My drink is always with vanilla sweet cream and ordered online, but 9/10 times it gets left out and made with cold foam instead, then they double down that it’s in there even when it’s way too dark to have it— this employee caught it right away, said she would get it fixed and did so quickly and like in a real and happy to do so empathetic way?! I was having a really bad day and that flipped it around. Thank you so much drive through employee whose name deserved to be caught but was not!!“

“This is for the crew at 17th and Pace - Longmont, CO. On March 7 between 4 and 4:30 pm, the crew that works with Tonya (spelling?) made my day. I made a mistake in ordering. I felt bad and they offered to remake it for me. I have been going to this store for as long as it has been there, 20 plus years now. This store always has the nicest employees. For the shift manager that was in the office at the time, know that your crew was doing everything possible to make my experience a good one. Customer service gets an A+ on this!“
