Starbucks in Johnstown

“I'm very thankful for the staff at this location. It's the closest coffee shop to my house so I go here a lot. I don't even like Starbucks but I go with it solely because of the staff. They deal with my frantic days, my I'm Exhausted days, and my days when nothing sounds good. Even when the Door Dasher is an hour late picking up my order, they remade it because they know i like my coffee hot. Always remember, staff can make the difference in keeping customers. Thank you for always being there when I'm in need of the bean juice for survival.“

“oh this place is great!!! they make my drinks phenomenal every time, and are always sooo incredibly friendly and speedy with their service. when they ran out of a product (one of the cake pop variants), they wrote us a little apology note and gave us a small gift card for our next purchase!! Always have nice little doodles and notes, like these lavender plants they doodles onto our drink with the lavender cold foam. love this place:)“
