It was busy but that’s normal. I had a hard time seeing the menu items. It’s hard to see and decide when the employee is hurrying you. It would be lovely if there was another menu board that you can actually see before pulling up to order. Otherwise my coffee was hot and it was great
This has always been my favorite location. The staff is always so friendly. However lately the mobile ordering had been turned on for this location and when you get there it’s closed. They have been closed for almost a week. How can they take mobile orders and our money if the store isn’t opened.
I hope this is the right store- a huge shout out from the Nurses at MCR for the goodies today! I run on Pike’s Place and bacon Gouda sandwiches! Thank you for supporting us right now- we need all the coffee we can get 💗

However, there is an issue with lights being out through the drive-through, menu, and parking lot, making it too dark and giving the illusion the store is closed.
