It was busy but that’s normal. I had a hard time seeing the menu items. It’s hard to see and decide when the employee is hurrying you. It would be lovely if there was another menu board that you can actually see before pulling up to order. Otherwise my coffee was hot and it was great
I hope this is the right store- a huge shout out from the Nurses at MCR for the goodies today! I run on Pike’s Place and bacon Gouda sandwiches! Thank you for supporting us right now- we need all the coffee we can get 💗
For me, it isn't just about going to get my favorite drink. I could go to other starbucks locations that I am near sometimes but I don't because of the excellent customer service at this location! Every single employee is friendly and goes above and beyond at all times and everyone always has the best drink recommendations if I feel up to trying something new! They each add joy to my day with their kindness, friendly smiles and brief conversations! #starbucksjohnstowncolorado

They make drinks phenomenal every time and are incredibly friendly and speedy with their service. The team is amazing, bright, and kind, with management having an excellent eye for talent. The store is clean and welcoming, though it can be a bit loud and hard to hear at times. The baristas often include nice little doodles and notes, like lavender plants on drinks with lavender cold foam. When they ran out of a product like a cake pop variant, they wrote an apology note and gave a small gift card. The mobile order service is excellent. However, there is an issue with lights being out through the drive-through, menu, and parking lot, making it too dark and giving the illusion the store is closed.
