Starbucks in Erie

“Nice pleasant staff, everyone was on a fantastic mood and this Starbucks had a great vibe.

Clean, drink made properly and relaxing music. I could have taken a nap, but lofe calls.

“Ella was so good! My caramel frap was so tasty, she was nice and added in all my inclusions (5!) I will be coming back in to see her every weekend! On the other hand, the girl with red hair was kinda slow with my sisters drink! But Ella rocked“

“Too many people are not fair in their reviews. You have one minor negative experience and give the place one star. Or give five stars too easily. It's also important to consider the fact that this is a massive corporate chain and not some boutique coffee shoppe. So, rate them based on what service/quality you might expect to get from a conglomerate. I have been to this location MANY times. They almost always have a friendly greeting when you come in. The staff is, overall, friendly and competent. The tables are usually clean, which you cannot say for a lot of Starbucks locations. The staff here always seems to be working, or finding something to do (polishing equipment, cleaning tables, etc) if the store is not busy. It's too bad there is a constant stream of cars at the drive-thru. People need to get out of their damn cars once in a while and go inside Starbucks and interact with people.“
