“I come here on my lunch break every other week and Ace is usually my barista. He is such a pleasant person and makes my experience very enjoyable, even though I'm only in here for a few minutes. It can be hard to work a location within another company's store like this one is in a Safeway. But Ace makes it look easy and he is super welcoming. And when things get busy, he is a pro at managing expectations, communicating time frames to those still waiting in line, and making sure everyone is taken care of as quickly as he can. He obviously cares about delivering a quality experience. I recommend giving him a raise because he certainly deserves it!“

“Talk about a man who knows how to make coffee! This is truly the best Starbucks location for miles around. Charlie has an actual passion for the coffee concoctions and always goes out of his way to make the drinks custom and to taste. I struggle every time at any other Starbucks for the consistency that Charlie offers every morning. He not only cares to make the drinks how you order them, but offers suggestions and details about how certain elements blend together like cocoa powder and vanilla. I love starting my day here and Starbucks is lucky to have someone like Charlie working behind the counter. Charlie should be training all the baristas from here to Denver. It’s unbelievable the various ways each Starbucks location will make the same drink. Charlie does it best. Thank you!“

“It's Starbucks, it's a kiosk cafe, nothing surprising here. Under Covid conditions Safeway can usually spare one person to run the cafe, so expect a wait in most circumstances, especially under busy conditions. Food and coffee no better or worse than other SB locations.“

“This Starbucks is excellent! My favorite location in Boulder. Friendly staff, and a constant attention to detail. The new Taylor Swift album was playing from beginning to end. Thank God, such a good album. They ran out of TP in the restroom due to a late delivery truck, and graciously let me into the staff restroom.Give everyone a dollar and half raise ASAP.“

“I have a gold card but even if not, Starbucks in Boulder has friendly, accommodating staff. If ever a problem, they remedy it quickly. The Pearl Street Starbucks is a great place to go with friends as they have outdoor seating and indoor areas to relax.“

“I had to jump on here and say..everytime I come into this Star Buck's they are so..welcoming and warm..thank you for this..and..just now I went in and a guy by the name Jackolyn really brought me up ( super nice!) After my long drive down Canyon Blvd. With all the construction going on..and he made me THE best soy, mocha chip frappi!!! Serious kudos! Tasted like the real thing I made way back in '94 when I worked @ Star Buck's while putting myself through college..of course now older & allergic to alk milk products....Thanks for the..pure awesomeness!“
