“i gotta say this is the BEST starbucks in colorado, probably even the country. i ordered a cinnamon dulce latte, and the goth woman was super friendly. i will admit she seemed a bit gassy, and farted 4-8 times while taking my (quick) order. i sat and waited for my drink, and it came out LITERALLY in 30 seconds. i timed it. the woman even left a note that said “sorry” on the little white paper thing. i looked at her longingly, and said “it’s ok.” after all, im a gassy guy myself!!! thanks boulder!!! i’ll be returning.“

“When I went to this location, I had lost my glasses and couldn’t see distances well enough to read the menu on the wall. The staff patiently walked me through the menu and made personal recommendations on what to order. Drink was great and the service was excellent!! Give this crew raises immediately! They really know their stuff.“

“Talk about a man who knows how to make coffee! This is truly the best Starbucks location for miles around. Charlie has an actual passion for the coffee concoctions and always goes out of his way to make the drinks custom and to taste. I struggle every time at any other Starbucks for the consistency that Charlie offers every morning. He not only cares to make the drinks how you order them, but offers suggestions and details about how certain elements blend together like cocoa powder and vanilla. I love starting my day here and Starbucks is lucky to have someone like Charlie working behind the counter. Charlie should be training all the baristas from here to Denver. It’s unbelievable the various ways each Starbucks location will make the same drink. Charlie does it best. Thank you!“

“I don’t often leave reviews but I wanted to make sure I left one after the experience I had. Starbucks was BUSY (no surprise) and you could tell it had been that way for awhile. Some customers were a little more forgiving than others, however my barista Braven maintained composure and friendliness in the face of it all. She did a SPECTACULAR job!

Even though she was busy, she ensured I got exactly what I wanted, never made me feel rushed, and even encouraged me to try something new next time (I often get cold brews and she recommended the pumpkin spice cold brew next time).

Overall it was just a really pleasant experience, and I hope to have the privilege of her being my barista again.“

“It's Starbucks, it's a kiosk cafe, nothing surprising here. Under Covid conditions Safeway can usually spare one person to run the cafe, so expect a wait in most circumstances, especially under busy conditions. Food and coffee no better or worse than other SB locations.“

“I have a gold card but even if not, Starbucks in Boulder has friendly, accommodating staff. If ever a problem, they remedy it quickly. The Pearl Street Starbucks is a great place to go with friends as they have outdoor seating and indoor areas to relax.“

“I had to jump on here and say..everytime I come into this Star Buck's they are so..welcoming and warm..thank you for this..and..just now I went in and a guy by the name Jackolyn really brought me up ( super nice!) After my long drive down Canyon Blvd. With all the construction going on..and he made me THE best soy, mocha chip frappi!!! Serious kudos! Tasted like the real thing I made way back in '94 when I worked @ Star Buck's while putting myself through college..of course now older & allergic to alk milk products....Thanks for the..pure awesomeness!“

“This Starbucks is excellent! My favorite location in Boulder. Friendly staff, and a constant attention to detail. The new Taylor Swift album was playing from beginning to end. Thank God, such a good album. They ran out of TP in the restroom due to a late delivery truck, and graciously let me into the staff restroom.Give everyone a dollar and half raise ASAP.“
