My only qualm really is that I order the same drink basically every day. No matter if I use the app or in person - it comes out incorrectly and have to have it remade. It’s a small thing, so I understand and would typically just take what I get and keep my day going but this happens more than 50% to 60% of the time. It doesn’t seem to matter which Batista either. The service is friendly and the store is clean, but I'm sorry, I can't give a high rating to places that do the whole code-on-the-bathroom-door because you hate homeless people so bad thing. It's gross and weird to lock public restrooms and it's inconvenient for paying customers too. I don't want the whole store to know I need to go to the bathroom because you hate unhoused people so bad. If you don't like homeless people, do more in the community to prevent homelessness.

for many years i’ve studied at this location during my time at cu, but had to stop this year bc of one of the older workers who i kept having issues with who would handle mobile pickup. i left bad reviews on the app and i stopped going, but i don’t think she works there anymore, very happy to have my favorite study spot back!
