Kimbap was so good and fresh. Haven't been able to find anything like this in downtown denver
The kimchi jjigae is closest to my mom’s I’ve ever had. The bibimbop was on point too

While the kimchi may not be exceptional, the Korean comfort food is authentic and enjoyable. The prices are fair, and the staff is friendly. The woman that runs it makes incredible food. Everything is made fresh after you order and you get a variety of delicious flavors that shock you with every bite! It was the best Korean food tried during a trip to Colorado. The taste and service are the best. The atmosphere is casual and may be lacking in ambiance, and the music can be loud. Overall, Seoul Kitchen is a good option for those craving authentic Korean cuisine.
