Worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had.
The first thing I asked when I got to the store is if they had three vanilla bean scones. The associate said yes and I ordered my coffee. A basic iced latte. As I was waiting the same associate said they did not have three vanilla bean stones and they only had one. I’ve been looking for vanilla bean scones all weekend. Starbucks Coffee Company at this location has friendly service and consistent baristas. Workers keep a smile while work a multitude of customers in a busy area. The store has compassion and a very hard work schedule, yet keeps a bright smile and over load of work. Customers appreciate a free drink when the pinpad was not working, lucky. The place is wheelchair accessible and has online orders that sometimes can the wait a little long if you are in a hurry. Overall the service is not bad, pretty good, and the workers are iconic in putting on a bright smile while serving.
