They closed the one on 28th street. I've driven to this one twice now and they have forgotten the syrup in my order both times. The first time I had to drive back and they wanted to see my receipt for a mobile order even though I had the drinks with me again. Today the same exact problem happened but I could not get out of work to come back AGAIN so their only recourse was for me to look up the 1-800 number and ask for a refund. Ridiculous. Total apathy from this location and they don't even know how to make the drinks they offer. I miss the good staff at the 28th st location.

Don't bother making a mobile order. Now that the SB on Pearl is closed, this location is packed. I had to leave without my coffee this morning because it had taken over twenty minutes from when I ordered and my coffee still wasn't out. They make hot food first so by the time the coffee comes out the food is cold. This is not necessarily a reflection of the staff who seem to be doing their best but rather poor decision making by corporate. There's more than enough demand but clearly not enough supply. Starbucks will definitely be losing customers over this. I'll be changing my morning coffee/breakfast routine to someplace local, even if it's less convenient.

This is my first experience writing a review for a place because it was so bad. As soon as I walked in, one barista was on his phone while the other one just looked at me. Then, another customer walked in front of me and was served by the barista. (I don’t really care about this part but still- the worker should’ve acknowledged I was there waiting long before.Second, I asked for an iced coffee with no classic syrup and the barista who took my order accidentally rang in classic for the drink but promptly told the worker making the drink that it would be no class. Guess what was in my drink, the classic syrup I asked to not have! I politely told the barista I asked for no classic and he looked at me and said, “no they told me the situation, there is no classic.” I then simply said- I just tried it and there actually is classic syrup. To then of course he just looked at me like I was stupid. Then I walked out….. I understand that mistakes occur as a barista (I’ve worked as one) but the absolute rudeness of this place was appalling!

This is absolutely the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Tyler is a whiz at the register and keeping everything running like a top. Audrey and Damien make the most incredible cappuccinos I have ever had! It’s an art making the perfect dry cappuccino!Took great care making steamed milk for the little ones too! ??

I was having an awful day and Starbucks always makes it better, obviously. I was helped by Lenora and she was absolutely amazing. Great small talk and she even got me to try a new drink which I loved so much Its all I order now. Her customer service was the best i've seen at any Starbucks and her drink knowledge is unmatched. Will definitely be making this my primary Starbucks location. Thank you lenora!!!!!
