Ok, after a visit a few months ago where the service was awful, like so awful and my order was wrong, I sent an email to corporate and got zero response. So I didn't think I'd come back but I found myself needing a box of bagels again. Last time, in May of this year, they got my flavors wrong (they put onion ones in there which made all the others smell/taste like onion), the cashier was rude and dismissive and they didn't cut them as requested. My sandwich was so unbearably salty. It was takeout so it’s not like I could go back and complain after driving there and then driving home. Way, way too salty. Staff were really nice and the atmosphere was comfortable.
