My boyfriend and I were visiting Boulder this past week and came into this Einstein's every morning for breakfast. The staff was friendly, and the coffee and food was delicious. I'm excited to go back!
Girl working the counter at close was super weird, gave me attitude for being in 45 minutes before close, didn’t tell me my bagel was ready for several minutes and then said “your bagel’s over there by the way”
