Apparently this is an everything bagel?! It’s just poppyseeds… neither of my bagels were toasted enough at all, I couldn’t even tell they were toasted at first as there was no crunch.

My order was mixed up with someone else’s and when I came in the employees were helpful and did not give me any trouble. It was very quick and warm.Parking: There is a starbucks so there are rushes sometimes

Ok, after a visit a few months ago where the service was awful, like so awful and my order was wrong, I sent an email to corporate and got zero response. So I didn't think I'd come back but I found myself needing a box of bagels again. Last time, in May of this year, they got my flavors wrong (they put onion ones in there which made all the others smell/taste like onion), the cashier was rude and dismissive and they didn't cut them as requested. When I got to the potluck, we had no way to slice them and so no one could eat any. This time right off the bat the cashier was super welcoming and friendly. Definitely not the same cashier. They got my order right and sliced them as requested. The guy in charge was very courteous to the person working with him as well. All in all a good experience. The location is kind of inconvenient to get to. The ambience in there is a bit weird because it's this wide open space with just a few tables. I'm assuming they don't want people loitering (it's in Boulder so, maybe that's an issue there?)It was not busy at all either time I was there (weekday mornings), so I can't say what it's like when it's crazy busy. I assume it's just on weekend mornings that it might be quite a bit busier.They didn't have anything in their front cooler this time so they had to give the cream cheeses with the bagels. All in all though, I'd go back. I have to say that I haven't loved either of our Einstein locations nearby. I only went back today because we do like their bagels way more than the other shops near here. But this time I was pleasantly surprised.

I had a order to get and the woman was making the drinks she Drop it on the floor and clean it up. With paper towel, and continue making people's drinks. Never washed her hand never poured out the drink. And did it all over. It was so disgusting and cross-contamination to the max..????

My sandwich was so unbearably salty. It was takeout so it’s not like I could go back and complain after driving there and then driving home. Way, way too salty. Staff were really nice and the atmosphere was comfortable.
The guys working were more interested in talking to eachother than taking orders/completing orders. It wasn't busy but the wait took forever to get my order. Not a big selection and most bagels were out by 9:00am.

Used to come to this place before it merged with Caribou Coffee and it was much better. Been here twice in the past few weeks and it's awful. The service is SO slow - as in wait 10 minutes for your bagel with no one in front of you in line. If that happens once, okay, but twice? The people just move slow. I can't take it, will have to go elsewhere. Only stars are for the bagels themselves, which are good.

Decided to treat myself to a nice bagel breakfast on my day off. Got back home to find the saddest bagel I have even encountered. How is this a bagel with cream cheese? Isn't this the core of what this shop does? I would save yourself the trouble and get a decent bagel somewhere else.

You would think when a location gets slammed in reviews so routinely, the corporate office would wake up and do something to protect their brand. Unfortunately, I didn't read all the negative reviews until after I made the mistake of coming here. It took 25 minutes to get one toasted bagel with cream cheese, and the place wasn't even busy. And the bagel wasn't toasted. The guys behind the counter are absolutely clueless.

The person who was making the bagels was extremely rude to people and talking to them in a very hostile way and he was also speaking his staff in a horrible way as well. I have a feeling that at the boulder 28th location it is a very hostile environment to work in.
