However that card declined and I had no backup. The lady said not to worry about it and I left in tears due to the kindness this lady showed. Really turned my day around. Thank you!“

“I had a really good experience at this Starbucks. The store was clean, the service was quick, and everything was made just the way I ordered it. I got the Gingerbread Chai and it was delicious.
I also want to highlight Brooke — she was very kind, helpful, and informative. Since I’m not a big coffee drinker, she took the time to explain different options and helped me pick the perfect drink. I really appreciated her patience and friendliness.

“Surprised by so many negatives, so sharing what for me have been positives. Generally, the baristas are friendly and efficient. Orders come up quickly. I've ordered here countless times while grocery shopping and it's been fine. I only order Americanos, so it's pretty straight forward ?“

“I hope everyone knows that Starbucks is awesome, but if you've never been then you need to go because their drinks are almost heavenly!!!! Especially the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew (which is seasonal and not available for most of the year, but it makes it that much better when it is around!
