“Was NOT a fan of the workers at this starbucks. All of them just looked at me all rude like they had no manners the minute I walked in. I tried a completely different coffee tho, and It was actually amazing. It was extreamy small which was disappointing considering it was $9, I asked for large and this is what i got. but the flavor and taste was great. Would recommend the coffee for sure, but i would avoid this location..“

“This is my go to place! Sam and Mikki are the BEST! I come here pretty much every Wednesday to study and they are both so attentive and kind. They know so many people's names and orders---above and beyond service! The whole place is always clean and well serviced, even during rush periods. I love it!

P.S. Sam makes the BEST chai lattes! Every time he makes it, I know it's going to be amazing. Never disappoints!“

“I moved to this area in early 2024, and I’ve been meaning to write this review ever since because this location genuinely deserves it. It’s close to my house, so I’ve become a regular pretty quickly, and I can say without hesitation: this is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

I usually place mobile orders for convenience, and they’re not exactly small; typically, one drink and a couple of food items for both my boyfriend and me. Even so, this team handles it flawlessly every single time. Orders are always accurate, made quickly, and ready when I arrive (or very soon after, sometimes I get there quicker than I expect). That alone is impressive, but what really sets this location apart is the people.

This staff is consistently kind, welcoming, and just… good humans. They get BUSY, especially without a drive-thru, but I have never once seen them lose their composure or treat a customer poorly. Not once. Even during a rush, they somehow still take a second to acknowledge me, say hi, or just be warm and present. It’s such a small thing, but it genuinely makes a difference in my day every time I come in. There’s something really special about a place where you feel recognized and appreciated as a regular, and this team creates that environment effortlessly. You can tell they truly care, not just about doing their jobs well, but about the people walking through the door.

I don’t leave reviews often, but I felt like this one was long overdue. I absolutely love this staff, and they’ve turned what could just be a quick coffee stop into one of my favorite parts of the day. Thank you for fueling my Strawberry Acai addiction!“

“After having a bad experience at another location in Fort Collins, I went in search for a better Starbucks. I am so glad I tried this location. Tony is by far the BEST barista I have ever encountered. He is so friendly and approachable. He made me laugh and smile. My order was made perfectly. I will most definitely be returning!“

“Everyone at this location has always been amazing. There have been a couple misunderstandings with my order when going through the drive thru, but I blame that on technology (I know the other end can sound a bit garbled when talking through a speaker), so I can't blame anyone for that. Outside of technological issues with the speaker, they have always gotten my order right. Tess is super sweet. I don't remember seeing her at this location previously, but either way, thank you for hiring her. She was an amazing addition to an already amazing team.“

“I dont EVER drink Starbucks but I was given a gift card so I came into this location to try something.. and Leigh made me the best drink I have ever had from any coffee shop. I can’t even lie, I’m a die hard Human bean lover but THIS coffee trumps anything I could get there. She needs a raise, she always washes her hands, she so friendly, she’s fast.. I can’t express how valuable people like her are. It’s hard to find people like that. Good service DOES bring people back, cause here I am.. the 3rd time now and even when this gift card is done, I’ll continue to come by when I see her working.“

“I had one of the best Starbucks experiences I’ve ever had at this location inside King Soopers on JFK. The two women working (one with blue hair and an older woman) were genuinely amazing. They were so friendly, welcoming, and just real, not in a scripted way, but in a way that made the whole interaction feel personal and easy. You can tell they actually care about the people coming in, not just getting through orders. It honestly made my day. Customer service like that is rare, and they deserve recognition for it. I’ll definitely be coming back because of them.“

“I’ve been coming to the Starbucks inside the king soopers for quite sometime now and there’s no better worker than Orlando. He remembered my name after not seeing him for while, and has always been so friendly, makes the best tasting drinks and is always so quick with his service. I don’t know what needs to happen to get him a raise or something much bigger but it needs to happen. I still go to this shop just for him!!!!“
