“This store is starting to show its age through wear and tear. Most of the staff here are super friendly, and do a decent job at keeping things moving swiftly. For a Starbucks that doesn't have a drive-thru, or an easily accessible parking lot, it is a very popular place.“
“Fall break is finally here. With it comes that pre-holiday week traffic. I trekked an hour and forty minutes up to get my girl and bring her home. I needed a jolt for the return trip. Enter my go to in a pinch, Starbucks! We found this location was perfectly on the way. Stopped off to snag some beverages for the drive. My first peppermint mocha of the season! My daughter went for hot chocolate. Russ, our barista, was an epic salesman and talked me up to a venti since I had some reward points to burn. This location was easy to get to and parking was plentiful at that time of day. The interior was welcoming. There were folks conversing and some on laptops. We got our beverages and headed on our way. It helped make the drive home much better. A great kick off to the holiday week.“
“They have a good selection of non - coffee items. Their line system is good. The people who actually give you your food/drink after you've paid though, need to pay attention to their job instead of standing around fiddling with their phones & talking with one another. Just because it's not a rush hour situation and someone isn't buying coffee doesn't mean they aren't an important customer too. At least they were friendly and did apologize for making me wait.I was 2 weeks post-op from back surgery, using forearm crutches, and found out the hard way that the ground level breezway between the Aspen building and the main hospital to the doors where Starbucks & the cafeteria are will not allow one to enter. Luckily you can exit from there to go to the courtyard or over to the Aspen building.To go directly between the two buildings, go to the first floor. It will save you from climbing a lot of stairs.“
“I wouldn't say that I'm normally a big coffee drinker, in fact I only stopped in to this location to get my wife and her lover at home their drinks. What is normally a solemn reminder of the antagonistic, unbearable hell that I reside in, this Starbucks visit was different. I wasn't thinking about the entanglement or catastrophe that is my love/marriage life (divorce in process lol). I wasn't thinking about how it got this bad or how on earth I passed that breathalyzer on the trip here. No, I wasn't thinking of any of those things. In regards to what brought about this sudden change in my spirit for the better, it was the people. Good employees can serve you quickly, great employees can change your whole mindset. One of the baristas in particular, emphasized what it means to be a top notch employee. Bailey Allen was at the front of all operations, and made the customers feel at ease. Never in my life have I seen such efficient managerial techniques before I encountered Bailey. During rush hour, she was fixing machines, attending to customers, dealing with complaints, and ordering her coworkers with a powerful voice that echoed throughout the Starbucks like a lions roar across the Serengeti. When Bailey spoke... people listened. It wasn't harsh, rather eloquent and managerial. She was petite, but with a commanding voice that said "SIZE DOESNT MATTER." Truly, all of the employees respected her despite her miniature stature. I respected her for the same reason, a convincing, sure tone that made me feel reassured, safe even. I won't go into details but Bailey saved my marriage, and I got to see my own kids for the first time in years because of her. This experience was like no other, and I hope Starbucks recognizes what she and the other employees bring to the table and reimburse them accordingly. Without a hint of hyperbole, I owe Bailey my life.“
“Very kind staff never had an issue. Very fast aswell. My car broke down in the middle of the drive thru which caused a massive stir (oops) but everyone was so kind as I was freaking out from already having an awful day. They didn't charge me for my order which was awfully kind. Thank you Starbucks!“

“Food and coffee here is decent and mostly consistent, there is a couple of issues that are frustrating and causes me to go here less and less. The first being the first thing when I see when I go to pay is being asked to tip, this being the first thing I see makes me just want to leave. I tip if a person goes above and beyond or finds a way to make others smile, not when you are just doing your job. The second which I haven't seen in a while was having people standing outside like Chick-fil-A does, it doesn't help and just frustrates most of us customers (it's disorganized and if you don't know what you want they have no menu or anything).“

“I've probably gone to every single Starbucks in the city of Fort Collins and I have also frequented the other Starbucks locations inside of other Safeway Grocery Stores in town but this one is by far the best one in town. It might be inside of a grocery store and doesn't have the same curb appeal as the standalone locations, but the familiar faces mixed with the properly made drink I get repeatedly keeps me coming back. I've run a business down the road from this Starbucks for multiple years now and I get coffee here WAY more than I probably should, but getting coffee then hunting down my morning breakfast inside of Safeway has become a morning ritual of mine.I don't waste my time writing reviews for a business unless something is absolutely abysmal or I have countless positive experiences that outweigh those the same company name or it's competitors. The long standing employees at this Starbucks make the employees at other locations look like they don't even try.The best Starbucks in town is inside of a Safeway of all places...who would've thought!Dietary restrictions: If you have dietary restrictions and need to have sugar free flavoring inside of your coffee I can't say they have more than literally one option for you (Vanilla) but you're inside of a Safeway so you've got plenty of options to choose from.“
“I used to avoid this store even though it's within walking distance of my house. But for the past year or so, it's been a delightful place. The baristas are especially friendly and I like taking my laptop and getting some work done.“

“It's just the normal good Starbucks coffee, but the folks behind the counter at this location do a great job. I am in there a few times a week and it's always a quick stop. There was an abnormally long line today and the baristas handled it with enthusiasm - enough that I'm leaving a review. I was in and out of there quickly.“
“Had the pleasure of Zoey and De being our baristas today. We stopped at the beginning of our shopping trip to get a treat and they were wonderful! I came back to get another drink after our shopping trip and Zoey remembered us and we had a fun conversation while they made my drinks. “Okay -- here is my feedback for this and every Starbucks out there that no longer puts out cream and sugar and stir sticks.... Why?Put them back out for our use! What are you protecting us from...this is clearly left over from Covid and that did not help anyway. We're all big boys and girls and we know exactly how much cream we want in our coffee; you guys just don't - and can't - know this so put out the cream...I got this part of the transaction!“
