I picked a busy time of morning. The guy that took my order was stellar, but there seemed to be an enthusiasm issue with many of the other staff. The Order Pickup counter was absolutely filthy. Coffee, pink drink, foam, etc spilled and smeared around from setting more things down and sliding them across. This is my FAVORITE Starbucks, these employees graduated top of their class from Starbucks university. Every time I go my drink is exceptional especially my matchas. I will always drive the extra mile to get me drinks here.
