A great place to get a starbucks brew in a hurry, just not the best place for social gathering. Employees are great here. My wife's egg bites were not all the way hot once but haven't had a problem since.
I went to get some bad news from a friend; had a Chai tea latte served from a very sweet guy who could tell I was a little "off." He was so kind and encouraging despite not knowing anything about me or what was going on. Made my whole day better. I appreciated it very much. Tea was awesome too :)

They have a good selection of non - coffee items. Their line system is good. The people who actually give you your food/drink after you've paid though, need to pay attention to their job instead of standing around fiddling with their phones & talking with one another. Just because it's not a rush hour situation and someone isn't buying coffee doesn't mean they aren't an important customer too.
