Starbucks offers a variety of non-coffee items and has an efficient line system. However, customers have noted that employees should focus more on their job duties instead of using their phones or talking to each other. The ground level breezway to Starbucks may be challenging for those with mobility issues, and it's recommended to use the first floor for direct access. While the egg bites may occasionally not be hot enough, the employees are generally friendly and attentive. One customer also had a positive experience with a kind and encouraging barista during a difficult time. Overall, Starbucks serves as a convenient option for those in a hurry, although it may not be the best place for social gatherings.
