I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews about this place, other than knowing that people are more likely to take time to write about their negative experiences rather than the good ones. I'm newer to the area and when I saw the low rating and comments I was almost going to go to a different location, but I'm so glad I didn't! My post doesn't have to do with personal encounter with the business, but the drive-thru layout itself. There should be signs as to not block thru-traffic into the parking lot to go inside in any number one of the businesses at this location. I've had very little room to squeeze through to park because of vehicles blocking entrance into rest of the parking lot from drive-thru line.

This has been my go to Starbucks for a few years! One of the few that always gets my "high maintenance" order correct, and they're always right on time with mobile orders. Staff is always professional and friendly.
