I just left here and I can’t explain how happy I am, I’ve been craving chipotle all day and when I got here they were low on steak. More than a burritos worth, but not two burritos worth.
She freaking LOADED my burrito with steak it was so fat. I don’t even care that it was bottom of the barrel. Chipotle steak is my favorite, and after a long day, this massive burrito was all I could have imagined. Thank you so much

My pick up order was ready quickly but turns out it wasn't all the way completed. I had to ask for our drink and didn't feel like going back to ask for another missing item. There was no one at the counter at 4. Seems like it was a shift change and so there was no one. Me and another customer had to wait for some time before being helped. Food was fine but service was lacking. I may have just come at a bad time.
The two times I've ordered from them, they've managed to mess up my order. The first time, the mixed my order up with someone with the same name. The more recent instance was weird and ridiculous. Wasn't overcharged, but they apparently duplicated my order. The first delivery kept showing it was delayed and customer service had to call and confirm it arrived.
