Uncover Louisville's Mexican dining scene with Restaurantji's insights.
“Been hunting around the Boulder area for good breakfast tacos for a while and this place delivered!Really everything you'd want from a good little Mexican restaurant - cheap, fast, filling, and they have tasty beans and queso!Would highly recommend the smothered fries, and my partner also tried a breakfast burrito and enjoyed it.Will be back!“
“The Caveza is so incredible!!! Some of the best I’ve ever had. Just melts in your mouth. I ended up getting torta of it after eating tacos and trying that, the asada and the pastor. The red sauce was reallly good and full of flavor. Great prices on everything and great selection. Excited to try some more items down the line. The meat is well flavored here and fresh chopped goodies with the tacos 4 sho! There’s no were to sit to eat so most people take it to go or probably eat in their vehicles. Bodies By Farny approved!!Parking: Pull up on a street plenty of parking around on both sides.Kid-friendliness: No kid menu. Geared for the grown.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s a food truck so you’d probably need to be able to hop over a curb with your wheel chair.“
“The California burrito is the bomb! Top it off with a margarita and fresh chips and YUM! The outdoor seating in the summer is lovely and the lively interior is just as good in the winter. Plus Verde is supportive of the local community, which makes it one of our family’s favorite spots.“

“Very nice people working at this restaurant; I even called to ask a question before going and the gentleman that answered the phone was so polite and appreciative. The food was great! My husband loves carnitas and says that this was the best that he’s had in CO. So, this is not our new favorite Mexican restaurant. I highly suggest dining at this restaurant.“
