“Everything we ate was absolutely delicious. We were very eager to come try this boulder location, it did not disappoint. The sweet potato is reasonably to come all on its own. We also had the agua chile, the coconut ceviche which is what dreams are made from, the pork and ribeye tacos.

My only critique is that tequila list is not made to be read in a dilly lit restaurant 😆“

“Wow! Would leave 6 stars if I could - this place is fantastic. The skinny margarita is delicious, the free chips and salsa taste homemade and fresh, and the steak is delectable. Our server Ari was very nice and gave great recommendations.
The manager, Lucas, also checked in and made sure we had a great experience.“

“This family owned and operated restaurant is a must visit. The food is so tasty and flavorful. Using organic corn, they hand make their own masa. It really pays of in the flavor or their tacos, gorditas, and quesadillas. The veggies are locally sourced. The meat is roasted and cooked to perfection. The prices are also very affordable! At the time of this review, they did not have their liquor license, but we were allowed to bring in our own beer, which we brought in from a local brewery. The goal is to have margaritas and more once they get their license. I highly recommend this place, for lunch or dinner, for a date or for the family. I will be sure to return. *No photos of food because we ate it too fast, but it was super yummy! We tried the chips and guacamole, the burrito with barbacoa, and and combination plate. Even the rice and beans sides were delicious!“

“OMG I finally found a Mexican restaurant in Colorado I didn't get angry at when I got my food. We just moved from SoCal, and after a few REALLY bad experiences, I swore off CO Mexican. However, when I saw this place was named Nopalito’s and had 4.8 stars, I decided to take a chance.

Their Baja Fish Tacos feel like home. I'm so excited to have found a legit Baja style Mexican restaurant here. They have yummy fruit soda/sparkling waters here too. And a marg bar, but I didn't try one of those this time.“

“This place and the food rocks! The owner is a great and fun guy to talk to while you pick up some fresh food and ingredients.

I suggest you purchase the beef or chicken fajitas or the El Pastore with some extra peppers and onions. Then add some Horchata mix. Then head home and cook a tasty dinner! And make some horchata or even better some rum Chatta!“

“Beautiful space with 8 different restaurants/cuisines and 2 full service bars and plenty of seating and has 2 floors + a rooftop with views of the mountains and heaters all around so you won’t get too cold, it’s the perfect place to go with a group of friends when you can’t agree on one place to eat and everyone can just order whatever they want, we loved lounging on the rooftop at sunset time!“

“I've been to this location many times, and I have loved it every time. I came in earlier tonight for my favorite item on the menu... The chicken queso burrito, and it was just as delicious as ever. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and the Service was great! I also love the free style coke fountain. I would most definitely recommend this location. The Service and staff are always great, the food is always tasty, the dining room is always clean and inviting, and the music is always cool. Looking forward to my next visit �“

“Illegal Pete's is a top tier restaurant that gives out the best food. Seriously some of the best quesadillas you can find around the area and for sure worth a stop. On top of that, the workers are incredibly nice and get food out in little time.“
