“This place and the food rocks! The owner is a great and fun guy to talk to while you pick up some fresh food and ingredients.

I suggest you purchase the beef or chicken fajitas or the El Pastore with some extra peppers and onions. Then add some Horchata mix. Then head home and cook a tasty dinner! And make some horchata or even better some rum Chatta!“

“I came to Boulder on a research trip last year, and had the wonderful opportunity to try Chiri’s momos. The spicy sauce mixed in with the vegan filling was one of the best meals I have had while being in Boulder. I loved that meal so much, that I had a huge momo craving when I went back home, but nothing compared to Chiri’s momos. I am back again this year and I had to stop by his food truck to pick up my favorite momos. His charismatic demeanor is always so delightful to see, and his excellent momos are just icing on the top. If you have the cravings for momos, or lucky enough to be in the vicinity to get some, please stop by! You will not be disappointed!!!“

“This family owned and operated restaurant is a must visit. The food is so tasty and flavorful. Using organic corn, they hand make their own masa. It really pays of in the flavor or their tacos, gorditas, and quesadillas. The veggies are locally sourced. The meat is roasted and cooked to perfection. The prices are also very affordable! At the time of this review, they did not have their liquor license, but we were allowed to bring in our own beer, which we brought in from a local brewery. The goal is to have margaritas and more once they get their license. I highly recommend this place, for lunch or dinner, for a date or for the family. I will be sure to return. *No photos of food because we ate it too fast, but it was super yummy! We tried the chips and guacamole, the burrito with barbacoa, and and combination plate. Even the rice and beans sides were delicious!“
