This family owned and operated restaurant is a must visit. The food is so tasty and flavorful. Using organic corn, they hand make their own masa. It really pays of in the flavor or their tacos, gorditas, and quesadillas. The veggies are locally sourced. The meat is roasted and cooked to perfection. The prices are also very affordable! Incredible veggie burrito. really nice salsa for the chips too.
We love the tacos and gorditas especially the costilla. Even more amazing are their smoked meats. Holy crap this is the best bbq I have had anywhere in Colorado.
