Los Dos Bros Taquería #2 is a solid food truck on 55th and Arapahoe that offers very tasty food. The seasoning on the fries is delicious and the pork carnitas smothered burrito is huge, perfect heat, incredible flavors, and more food than the price suggests. Beef cheek tacos and a steak breakfast burrito are also good and all at a fair price. The staff are friendly and make a killer smothered burrito, and the meats are very well seasoned. Customers enjoy al pastor tacos and pork adobada tacos topped with onions and peppers. The tortilla bread could be toasted a bit more, and the hours are limited. Many say it is the best food in Boulder and the best Mexican outside of Mexico. The truck has great community energy, positive energy, and excellent customer service.
