“OMG!!! I still have to try something that I don't like here, but y'all, the Carne Asada taco is the best on earth!!! Since my first time here this became my favorite spot for tacos! “Had surprisingly wonderful experience at the Restaurant related to Maria, the gal who seated us and served us lunch on Friday, August 30th. I inadvertently left my credit card on the payment tray when I left the restaurant. The Lady that I met for lunch and I went for a drive locally in her car afterward, and I returned to pick up my car an hour or two later. Upon arrival at my car parked a distance away from the restaurant entry, Maria walked out of the restaurant and over to my car to hand me my credit card. With a pleasantly innocent comment about my having left the card in the restaurant. Talk about integrity, humanity and going out of her way to be kind and helpful, Maria is deserving of respect and admiration. Awesome honorable job Maria. Note that Maria is also an excellent waitress and person with whom to interact. She was subtly attentive and helpful without in any way being intrusive. Very impressed with Maria based on this experience.“

“I had the small Santa Fe breakfast burrito, it was full of scrambled eggs, the meat and potatoes etc were diced a little too small. The medium spicy green chili had a kick to it. The tortilla was thin and barely just wrapped around the fillings which was good. The coffee was a bit on the weak side. Service was excellent.“

FYI - Tacos La Familia and Tacos La Flor de Jalisco used to be one and the same, but for some reason they split. La Familia is much better than Flor de Jalisco - go here instead. Gringo approved.“

“Great place! I've been going here since 2018 (give or take a year), and the food has always been quite good. The tacos are a bit expensive (I still order them often enough because they're great), but their burritos will fill you up better than chipotle at the same price.

It's still a taco truck. These people in the reviews trying to badmouth the place are kinda ridiculous. The food is very good and not too expensive, but you still got it from a truck. What i will say is it's been consistent, enjoyable, and decent quality. Moreover I've never gotten sick, seen a hair, gotten hard beans, gotten rock hard rice, or had bad service. Those are all things ive had happen at Chipotle ( i still go to Chipotle too, cuz when it's good it's pretty good). They also get it out the door quick. I've never waited longer than 10-15 minutes, even when they've got 8 cars parked and waiting.

If I had any complaint, it's that depending on what you order you don't get enough salsa. Their salsa is pretty dang hot, so most people would be satisfied, but i run out of salsa and peppers then switch to a bottle of hot sauce before im halfway through my burrito. If you order 6 tacos they typically give you enough heat.

Also it's a local business. Way better to support these guys than Chipotle. They've been consistent for years.“

“My wife and I were so disappointed when Colorado Del Taco's closed! We went there fairly often and enjoyed the food and the prices. We were so happy when they reopened. Prices have gone up since reopening but we're still ok with that. Staff is courteous. The only thing we dislike a lot, is being forced to use the kiosk to order. We always struggle with it and can't modify our order the way we like. We really miss the personal touch and interacting with a human. A real step backwards in customer service and creating customer loyalty. Please remove or at least give the option without having to ask. Otherwise, we love Del Taco.“
