“This is my favorite restaurant of all time! It beats any other Mexican restaurant in berthoud. I come here almost every day for lunch and they make the best burritos and especially Sopapillas. They’re all mouthwatering and the horchata is to die for! It’s very reasonably priced and the staff are the nicest people ever. It brings me so much joy coming to ositos I love this place! Great addition to Berthoud come support them!“

“I popped in for a quick bite and have never seen the place before. Taking an order to go the cashier offered to bring it out to me while I sat outside with my pet. It came out in short time.

“They gave my order to the wrong person. They had a 50/50 chance and I was the only one standing at the counter. The burritos were really lacking in filling. They were 50% plain tortillas with a small spattering of filling at the very bottom. They're usually much better about this though.“

“OMG!!! I still have to try something that I don't like here, but y'all, the Carne Asada taco is the best on earth!!! Since my first time here this became my favorite spot for tacos! Hands down the best I've EVER had in my life and I'm not joking!! (same goes for the location in LaFayette). These guys know what they are doing! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!! You won't regret it! Cocktails (Mojito, Dama Maria and Margaritas) are amazing too, and also the appetizers (Guacamole and Queso Fondido) are to die for! “I went rright before they opened. I was excited and as usual for the first visit i like to try a variety of tacosi ordered some chicharrpn amd some carnitas and birria. Their birria was amazing as well as the carnitas was good but the chicharron wasnt to my liking was a bit dry burnt or reheated. The srvice was ok decent fast but cpukd be friendlier. Ibwent a coulple times actually amd the secon tien was givem friendlier service amybe just an off day. The prices were very reasonable so i may stop by in the future but fron whatvi tried i would stick with thwir specialty of birira quesabirrias.“

“Reviews were good so we gave it a try. Empanadas were deep fried but not greasy. The ground beef filling was well seasoned. I ordered coleslaw as a side which was also well done.Sauces were all tasty with Riki sauce as my favorite. The sauces were served on the side as they may be too spicy for some. Texmex Baja fusion is well executed. The staff was attentive, the place is clean, the prices are fair, the food is very good and the portions are generous. Enough said.“

“Two long time friends and I had a yummy Christmas-time lunch here yesterday. Two of the 3 us have been coming to El Pueblito for many years, driving down from Estes Park. Chips/Salsa very good, large portions. I ordered the wonderful burrito that has added bell pepper and onion, ground beef, green chile, with El Pueblito's special light-and-flavorful cheese sauce over all. Minus the flour tortilla due to gluten intolerance. Friends really liked their food, too. This is a restaurant that has put a lot of thought and skill into making delicious Mexican food. Recommended El Pueblito to waitress at another Mexican restaurant in Denver. She asked for directions and wants to visit. So glad our other friend got to try your restaurant, too. “Had surprisingly wonderful experience at the Restaurant related to Maria, the gal who seated us and served us lunch on Friday, August 30th. I inadvertently left my credit card on the payment tray when I left the restaurant. The Lady that I met for lunch and I went for a drive locally in her car afterward, and I returned to pick up my car an hour or two later. Upon arrival at my car parked a distance away from the restaurant entry, Maria walked out of the restaurant and over to my car to hand me my credit card. With a pleasantly innocent comment about my having left the card in the restaurant. Talk about integrity, humanity and going out of her way to be kind and helpful, Maria is deserving of respect and admiration. Awesome honorable job Maria. Note that Maria is also an excellent waitress and person with whom to interact. She was subtly attentive and helpful without in any way being intrusive. Very impressed with Maria based on this experience.“

“You will NOT find authentic Mexican food anywhere in this area of this high quality. The tortillas are freshly made daily, less expensive and better tasting than store bought. The workers are bilingual so you can practice your Spanish if you want. Lots of unique beverages and the delicious smell of fresh cooked foods. “If you haven’t tried Dannys Tacos yet you are seriously missing out I just ate at their taco truck off Highway 402 and St Louis in Loveland and it was absolutely amazing The food was fresh full of flavor and some of the best Mexican food Ive had in a long time The portions were great the service was friendly and you can tell they take pride in what they do If youre anywhere around Loveland do yourself a favor and stop by and give them a try You wont leave hungry and youll definitely be coming back Highly recommend supporting this local business“

FYI - Tacos La Familia and Tacos La Flor de Jalisco used to be one and the same, but for some reason they split. La Familia is much better than Flor de Jalisco - go here instead. Gringo approved.“

It's not always consistent, for example the fajita veggies were cut a little large and not cooked as well as they have been at other times. The service is good but not overly friendly. “4 stars ⭐ Once again, Qdoba reigns over Chipotle. There, I said it. Tonight, I finally introduced my dad to Qdoba and he was defeated by the bowl. The price may seem a little much, but when you consider that bacon, sour cream, queso, pico, and guac are all included, it's a good deal. (I also added black beans, cilantro rice, chicken adobo). Wasn't too busy when we got there, but boy was it starting to pick up with order in and to go orders.“
