“Visited Fort Collin’s today and randomly chose to eat here as it was a convenient location. Wow!! I had a medium combo with Chili Relleno and a Chicken Taco. The menu said it was served with beans but it came with beans, rice, lettuce and tomato. 👍🏼👍🏼 The service was excellent, the food was excellent - I really enjoyed my lunch, thank you Pueblo Viejo!! I will be back on my next trip to Fort Collins. 😋🇲🇽🌮“

“La Campechana has quickly become one of my favorite spots. I've been slowly eating my way through the menu, and everything I've tried has been fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The empanadas are absolutely amazing—crispy on the outside with delicious fillings that keep me coming back.

My newest favorite is the Torta Hawaiana. It's loaded with flavor, perfectly balanced, and one of the best tortas I've had. The staff is always friendly, and every visit has been a great experience. If you're looking for authentic, delicious food, La Campechana is definitely worth a visit. I'll be back to keep working my way through the menu!“

“Follow up review. The quality had decreased for quite ahwhile here but it does seem like the issue is being addressed. The last two orders we've received from Vatos were great quality. The steak was less gristled and better cooked, the sides are better, and the chicken taco was good again. (It was shredded chicken in our recent order, in spite of the manager comment in another review saying they never had shredded chicken. Yes they did. And they're doing it now again. It was cubed for awhile.) Regardless, great improvement and back to your historical level of quality!“

“Kaleb deserves a raise... or at the very least an extra scoop of queso. Dude was friendly, fast, and somehow managed to keep a great attitude while dealing with the lunch rush. He made my burrito like it was the most important burrito of the day, and I respect that kind of dedication. Great customer service is getting harder to find, but Kaleb absolutely nailed it. I'll definitely be back—partly for the food, but also because employees like him make the whole place better.

“I had a great experience at Café Rio! The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor and perfectly prepared. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming from start to finish. I’m not sure what the supervisor’s name was, but she went out of her way to check in with us and make sure everything was perfect with our meal. Out of several restaurants I’ve visited recently, Café Rio easily stood out for having the best customer service and overall dining experience.“

I had mine prepared with the tempura shrimp, with a nice shot of butt burning habanero sauce. The sides were black beans with the cilantro rice. The rice was the perfect texture to accent the cilantro flavor. I mixed the beans in cause I’m that guy!! All around 5 stars.“

“Best place to get Mexican food. They have a restaurant in Greeley that was so popular that they were able to open one up for us in Fort Collins. I'm so glad they did. They have a huge variety of food items to choose from. My favorite is the lengua tacos. They are big and filling. One is plenty for me unless I'm starving, then I go for two and then I'm too full and say I should have just stuck to one. LOL The lengua is the best I've ever tasted. It's so tender and delicious. It's a MUST try when you go. I've tried many different dishes and they were all fantastic. Also, the best customer service ever. Everyone is so friendly. You can't go wrong here.
