“As the only vegan in my family, everyone loved what they ordered. The nachos were my favorite part of the meal. I loved the cashew cheese they came with and the lions mane “meat” topping. Delicious! I enjoyed most of my Philly sandwich though I sometimes found the seitan too spongy for my personal preference, but the flavors were amazing and I loved the bread it came on. The soup of the day was also wonderful, probably my second favorite thing. (I got the lunch special, half a sandwich and soup) My dad got the black and blue burger and loved it, especially the patty. It had a great texture and flavor with all the toppings. The chicken sandwich my sibling got had perfect texture and “tasted like it once had a soul” so I guess that’s a good endorsement for non vegans lol? Didn’t get to try the desserts because we were too full but I hope to come back soon!“

This place is more than a one and done, the people care about you, you are safe, and everything is worth coming back for!“

“We went here for our anniversary and had a great meal. We tried the crabcakes appetizer, excellent, ribeye's and baked potatoes also excellent, even split a piece of cheesecake to finish things off. Every thing was great. I can't forget to mention our server, Tony. He provided the best service and even though he had a table of 16 come in after we ordered, he still found time to come back and check on us. This might be one of the best places I've ever had a meal. Thanks for a great evening.“

“7-day a week Happy Hour from 4 pm to 6 pm -- Woo Hoo! Get there early as there are only around 10 seats at the bar but this Happy Hour is so outstanding you want to work your way through all the items -- how about a Margherita Pizza for $7! Or a Dry-Aged Cheeseburger Platter with Fries for $12! Or Truffle Fries as a great snack with a cocktail for $5! And on top of that last night (11-14-22) I had the best Prosciutto I've had in years as part of an Antipasti and if I'd gotten that alone it would have been just $5!!! The place is lovely and the staff are all very gracious and hospitable -- this Happy Hour gets my 5 stars!!!“

“This was hands down one of the best Thai restaurants we’ve been to, not just in Fort Collins but anywhere. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, and you can tell the owners truly care. We ordered the fresh spring rolls, Tom Kha soup, green curry, and pad Thai. Everything was fresh, the flavors were incredible, and the spice levels were spot on. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great Thai food in town or just a really good meal at a great price. It also feels great supporting a local family-owned business.“

Their food is great and their support of local artists through their block party event is fantastic. I had the privilege of meeting their owner a few years back when I was driving for Lyft and got a ride request from him when he needed to go make sure their Prospect location was locked up properly after he received notification that a door was left open. he tipped me very generously and it was genuinely a fun ride. It never surprised me that the atmosphere of MCHC had the same fun appeal whenever I ate there. I am definitely gonna visit next time I am in Fort Collins!“

“AMAZING! I absolutely love their breakfast burritos, and their prices are so reasonable. If someone can take a “basic” egg, potato, cheese & chili burrito and make it something you actually CRAVE, you know it’s good! 🤤 Everything is always made fresh, too. And I have to say, their chili is SO good—it really makes the burrito! 🌶️ I’ll admit, I’ve been sleeping on this place, but they are officially my new favorite breakfast burrito spot! I’d say it’s better than Consuelo’s for sure! 🙌“

“Yesterday I ordered a wrap from Mad Greens it was scrumptious delicious and huge and the girl making it was very kind with a nice smile. The only reason Mad Greens isn't getting five stars from me is because just one day before that I ordered the same thing and it was half the size...the employee at that time seem to be unhappy at making a wrap quite the opposite of the employee from yesterday anyway really yummy food here prices are kind of high“
