Some of my favorites are She's My Sunflower, the charcuterie board, and the absinthe. The bartenders take great care of you! I like to come early on a weeknight to avoid the crowds as it can get noisy during high traffic hours.“

Get there early as there are only around 10 seats at the bar but this Happy Hour is so outstanding you want to work your way through all the items -- how about a Margherita Pizza for $7! Or a Dry-Aged Cheeseburger Platter with Fries for $12! Or Truffle Fries as a great snack with a cocktail for $5! And on top of that last night (11-14-22) I had the best Prosciutto I've had in years as part of an Antipasti and if I'd gotten that alone it would have been just $5!!! “This is our go to restaurant to celebrate big moments for our family. My 8 and 10 year old kids are obsessed and my wife and I have been celebrating our anniversaries here for almost 15 years. We were in last week and the place was BUSY. The service didn't get impacted at all. Our Server, Kiera was attentive and kind without being overbearing. She absolutely nailed it. Gaucho Landen is always on point and makes the experience by having a great time with every table. I'd recommend 1000 times if I could. This place is great and only getting better.Kid-friendliness: The pricing for children is very manageable, considering the quality of meal you are purchasing. The experience alone is worth it to our kids!“

The background music could have been a bit quieter, but it did not completely take away from the ambiance. We had two waiters, a trainee and his mentor, and both were great - very helpful with information and advice, which we definitely needed. Long story short, the "bookends" - the cheese fondue beginning and the chocolate fondue finale - were absolutely delicious and what we look forward to doing again. The salad was good but not unique. The third course - the entree, which for us included shrimp, fish, and steak - was good and definitely unique, but more about the experience than anything else. I wouldn't go there every day, but The Melting Pot is a great place to celebrate a special occasion.“

Amy was incredibly hospitable, knowledgeable, and matched the energy of our goofy crew with ease. There were so many fun local collaboration offers- from the coffee used in NSFW to the bread the paninis are made with. “We loved blue agave! We are visiting from the East Coast and saw the reviews and wanted to try it. I made reservations and asked to sit outside in the notes. The patio Was full and so they put us at tables that are really more drink tables. That was the only negative. The food was outstanding at a fair price and the service was very good! “Been here a number of times now. It's my favorite Fort Collins restaurant. Brought friends here, and they're taken with it as well. Today was lunch with a friend. We both got the "fajita bowls," which were delicious, and our picky little requests were honored with a smile and most friendly attitude by Lauren. We took our time on the back patio, enjoyed the weather and the conversation, and left with enough food left for a dinner. Can't say which experience has been the best. They've all been great.“

“Rise was great! They had a special of turkey burnt ends and it was wonderful. We wondered if turkey burnt ends might be dry but they were very moist and very well seasoned. The service was great. Sorry I can't remember the waitress's name but she was wonderful. The service from the kitchen was really fast. The last couple of times we had gone to Rise this was not the case, so we really appreciated the speed with which our food came. It's great to see Rise thriving!“

“Best place for Indian Nepali food“

“I have been there on several occasions ordering tacos recently. Specifically the carne asada tacos. They have a great flavor. The portions are plentiful and everything is fresh including the corn tortillas. The fresh salsabar is a good compliment to the experience. We have also tried their El pastor tacos and they are also very good. Many years ago they used to make their fajitas with a melted cheese and bacon on top my only regret is that they stop doing that. Service was a little slow but I think they are dealing with the same staffing issues as everybody else.. The most important thing is that the food itself is fresh, consistent and very competitively priced.“

We also love that they have so many options that are Gluten and Dairy free so we can have friends with dietary restrictions join us. “Small place but the beer is great! I ordered a flight and loved it all, not to overbearing yet satisfying. Charlotte was a fantastic beertender and my Dad and I enjoyed chilling here for an hour. Deceit was or favorite which is a double IPA. Well thought out brew for sure. See you all next time!“

“They had the most impressive fish tank I have seen! Also, the food was excellent. Especially, the spring roll!We also tried the Vietnamese coffee which was excellent! I recommend making a second cup and mixing it together if it is a bit too sweet.“

“We are from Wyoming. We are staying at the hotel next door. This raman place was amazing. I had spicy raman it was great. Delicious raman bowls and amazing sushi. My 5 year old was so sad he really enjoyed his raman until it fell on the floor. Service was top notch. They were so nice despite us loosing a raman bowl. They even remade his raman togo. I recommend anyone eat here.Kid-friendliness: They were so awesome with our 5 year old after he lost his raman bowl to the floor.“

“Food is alright, drinks were alright. I wish they labeled which drinks were which, for the flights. Also, they have an outdoor seating area with three tables, where dogs are allowed. Dogs are not allowed in the rest of the restaurant at all (unless they're service animals).“

I would avoid the gumbo fries (and maybe the gumbo), as they are almost inedible because of their saltiness. I had the mussels. They were decent. The seafood chowder was good but not great. Probably not worth the money. The flavor just wasn't there for me. My wife had the Mahi, my dad had the Ahi... Again there just wasn't anything that amazing about the flavor. Nothing to write home about. I think it is getting to where it is more expensive to eat there than it's worth. Some of the magic seems to be lost.“

“This was our first time here, the cookies were amazing. I also got some of the bagged cookies on their table inside for a discounted price. None of the cookies had labels so i got what looked like vanilla cream pies but we actually lemon. They packages our cookies with all our other cookies on top of our Frosted sugar cookie so frosting got all over the bottom of the other cookie. The S'mores cookie i got was divine and probably one of the best cookies I've ever tried. 5/10 recommend.“
