If you want an authentic sushi experience I'm Fort Collins this is always recommendation. They are small but move rolls out quick, but not at the cost of quality. Food is high quality and presentation is fantastic. Staff is the highlight though, everyone is so friendly. When I move this will be a craving no doubt!
First time in here, the service was unmatched. All the staff were attentive and very friendly, definitely sit at the sushi bar and chat with the sushi chefs if you can. The nigiri was delicious, especially the salmon and tuna. I'll definitely be back!
