“My husband and I want to give a huge shoutout to Jackie from the bakery at your JFK Fort Collins location. The two major winter storms last week caused us to have to totally re-plan our wedding that was supposed to take place in the mountains on Friday. We had to change our day and venue, and several of our family members and friends weren’t able to make it. One of the friends who couldn’t make it was bringing our wedding cake. The day before thanksgiving (and the new wedding date), I called King Soopers to see if they could throw together a cake. They sorrowfully explained that they couldn’t because of the holiday and no decorator. I understood, and asked them if we could just purchase a few already-made cakes and have someone write on them. They agreed to this and we planned to pick them up the next day. Well, word of our story must have spread around the bakery, because the next day when we went to pick up the plain cakes, we were gifted a beautiful wedding cake accompanied with the sweet note shown below from Jackie. We are so grateful for her act of kindness! Her sweet gesture added even more joy to our day! Jackie has our vote for employee of the year! 😊“

“All you can eat sushi seems like a strange concept, but the food was good and the atmosphere great. Perfect place to take someone who loves sushi without breaking the bank.“

“Tempura and sushi are my go to foods when dining here. The food is always prepared fresh so it’s a dining experience not a fast food place. Service is very attentive without being intrusive. I’ll be back again sooner rather than later“

“The experience was great! This is my first experience at a Hibachi restaurant though so I may be a little biased. I went with some other people and they've been to a better Hibachi restaurant but they said this one is still good. Things are a bit expensive, however. It doesn't appear they clean the outer rim of the stove but before they cook they do clean the stovetop. One of our plates had a chipped corner as well. They also do go light on the ice unless asked not to. It does appear that they aren't too popular, I heard one of the employees say that they had customers in a "stop messing around people we've got to seem like a good restaurant" kind of way. The staff is nice and the chef is wonderful. There are some pretty big fires they have so if you're somebody who has Pyrophobia I wouldn't recommend it. If this is your first time having Hibachi I would recommend but if you've been to some extremely fancy Hibachi restaurants wouldn't recommend anything but a good budget option. They also use quite a bit of teriyaki sauce.
Vegetarian options: I only skimmed the menu for this but it appears that everything either contains meat and/or fish.
Parking: A not well known location so there seems to be plenty of parking.
Kid-friendliness: There is lots of fire so if your child doesn't like fire stay away. Other than that it is kid-friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is no restaurant elevation gain or loss and there is a wheelchair ramp to get off the curb.“

“For some time now I have had a true appreciation for small business, especially within Northern Colorado. I've spent a number of years within my profession, private security. I have received advanced training from some of the best in the field. Of course, my greatest training and experience came via the nine years I spent in the United States Army. I spent those years as an infantryman with the 101st Airborne Division; fought in both Iraq and Afghanistan. I've seen my brothers die thousands of miles from home...some having done so before gaining citizenship in this country. That's the love we all had for the USA. We all made a sacrifice in one form or another. We never ask for anything in return...except...that you NEVER insult our veteran status. Ever. It's one of the most despicable, disgusting, uncalled for, and unprofessional things that could be done. It's unforgivable and there's absolutely no excuse for it. So, would like to let EVERYONE KNOW, those that own and operate the Teriyaki Wok II are no friend to the veteran community...especially those who are disabled veterans.“

“Only place besides Avogadro's number that my kids will actually sit still and eat all of their growing food! And they never beg for sweets or anything that I would say no to, they love the kids Bento boxes! They're California poke roll is delicious and just the perfect amount of spiciness! Besides that, I usually just do the build your own bowl or I get the general Joe's soup which is a curry based soup and very very filling for great price! The people who work there are always very friendly and don't give me how about my kids making the table sticky... which of course I always wipe down with about 15 napkins but don't roll their eyes or anything like that, they're very courteous!
Kid-friendliness: Bento boxes are ALWAYS a hit....... and my kids ALWAYS wipe their plates clean!“

“Don’t have this establishment in Texas, so trying it again. Had it last year on our visit to FtC.
Got 2 bowls, steak and chicken breast. Various veggies mixed in.
Steak bowl has white rice and the Korean BBQ. It was a great flavor, sort of sweet with some heat. Have a great taste to the bowl.
Chicken bowl had brown rice and the top 5 veggies with jalapeño and the Green Dragon sauce. The sauce had just the right level of spice. I usually like really spicy stuff, but tonight tamed it down. This hit the spot!
Gluten free soy sauce used for the wasabi and California rolls.
The watermelon strawberry drink was pretty tasty. Had just a hint of watermelon flavor, strawberry was more noticeable, and just sweet enough to be good, not too sweet. Great compliment to the food.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options!“
