“I love this place so much. Great food, small intimate atmosphere, and friendly people all in adorable downtown Louisville. The sushi is always super fresh and the vibes are the closest to actually being in Japan of anywhere we've had sushi in the Boulder area. This is one of our go to date night spots! The king mushroom appetizer is one of my favorite foods ever and I'm pretty sure I could eat it everyday for the rest of my life and not get tired of it.

“The Omakase experience is a must. Incredible, seriously leaves you speechless. Book a week in advance, they import special cuts special for you and they put a lot of planning into your experience. 8 pieces was filling, but 10 would be my suggestion simply because it was so darn good. “Absolutely fabulous music was good not too loud that you couldn’t have a conversation. It was a great temperature inside a relief from the weather outside. They had a pretty full bar for the most part. Service was fantastic. My Waitress Ping. Was outstanding she checked on me frequently made sure that everything was OK at all times such a wonderful treatment. The food was spectacular. I did have to pay a little extra to get the fried rice and instead of the white rice worth every penny everything smelled terrific tasted fantastic. Very fresh. I enjoyed the entire experience. You might have a little bit of a harder time finding parking in the parking lot. “Absolutely amazing experience! I’m incredibly picky when it comes to sushi, and the staff went above and beyond to help me figure out what I would actually enjoy. They were so patient, friendly, and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of my questions and make recommendations without making me feel rushed or pressured.

Their suggestions were spot on, and everything I ordered was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The customer service alone would have me coming back, but the food definitely sealed the deal. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so genuinely welcomed and taken care of.

“Our first time dining at this place though we have wanted to go for a while after someone posted about it after they opened. Finally made it and glad we made reservations as it was packed since it was peak time Friday evening. Spoke with Koji-san, the owner, while we were waiting for our table and he also stopped by each table to check on them which we thought was great. We had the takoyaki, kaisen-mix okonomiyaki and the spicy miso ramen. All came within a reasonable amount of time and were delicious! Koji-san explained the background of offering takoyaki, which was so interesting and great for him to share. We will definitely be back to try the other menu items, esp their sushi, which looked delicious! Great to see a business busy and doing well!“
