“Spent time on a study abroad in Japan and after coming back I was desperate to find some of the comfort food I had over there. The only Japanese place that I have eaten at in Colorado to date that provides a truly authentic menu has been Osaka's. Okonomiyaki is a rare treat in the states and I love every bit of what they serve. “It was -5 degrees in the midst of a cold December evening. All I could think about was ramen. This voice in my head was like ramen, Ramen, RAMEN! So after investigating a few different places I went to Udon Kashi for their ramen. It was rather Devine in flavor and texture. Besides the ramen being tasty, the host was super helpful with helping me pick out the right ramen. She was funny too! Give them a fair shake and let me know what you think!“
“I have never liked sushi until I came here. Both my wife and I have never really been fans, but some friends took us here and I fell in love. Their eel dragon roll and the baked roll called “Go Bronco’s” was amazing. The people at the front were also so kind and so caring. It is shocking this place is so small. It deserves all the praise it could possibly get and then some! I will be eating here anytime I think of having sushi, and now because of this place showing me how good sushi can be, will be a lot! “Go Fish is our favorite place to go for sushi in the area. Sushi was both delicious and beautifully presented. This visit however, service was not up to par. Waiter seemed to forget to bring our miso soups and ran to get them after bringing our appetizer. And we had a non-sushi eater who ordered from the kitchen. About 15 minutes after the sushi arrived, we had to ask about the order and he panically ran to the kitchen and put the order in. He was very nice and apologetic, maybe just having an off day. They gave us some edamame to compensate for the botched order, but we had already eaten, so that was not appreciated. It was also a birthday celebration which we told them when being seated and also when making the reservation. Normally they acknowledge a birthday with a small dessert (which we would not mind paying for if needed) but this time.... nothing. This experience will not stop us from going back, but the service needs to return to what we usually receive.“

I always get the sashimi special and it’s a great value because the cuts of fish are really large. However, the prices are low for a reason: the fish is of mediocre quality, the rolls are sloppily assembled, and a couple of the things we ordered were slightly wrong (eg. ordered Philadelphia roll and got something labeled as spicy salmon, despite correctly containing cream cheese and not being spicy. It wasn't smoked salmon either, though, and it was supposed to be per the menu).tldr; will get sushi here again but only if our regular spot across town is closed. Recommend with reservations.“

“I highly, highly recommend Sushi Aji! Not only are the staff (Stella at the register) and owner (Yuki) very friendly, they are equally efficient, and the food was fantastic! I was serviced immediately upon entering and I ordered to go at the counter. Even after arriving home, my sushi and noodles were packaged wonderfully with no issues or concerns. The establishment was also very tidy and clean. If you're looking for authentic, delicious Japanese cuisine, you know where to go :)“

“While at Zeppelin Station, I was drawn in by these unique sushi rolls. I had a hard time deciding what to get, but ended up going with the Maui Wowie Roll. It was delicious and a pretty big roll. I Ioved the unique ingredients like goat cheese that they use. There were so many other rolls I wanted to try so I would definitely come back to try more.“
“I had been sleeping on Sakura - it’s fast indeed, yummy and fresh, rolls are a great size, and the man and woman working there were very pleasant both on the phone and in person. I ordered the crazy horse roll (good portion of fish in there!), firecracker roll, and the bronco roll. The ambiance is casual and unassuming, so not necessarily a spot for date night but perfect for lunch, quick dinners and takeout.“

“We went for dinner on the earlier side. Service was very prompt and we were in and out with the kids entertained and fed in an hour. The chef was very accommodating for the kids and asked us what would be best for them regarding the flare ups on the grill etc. The food being ready in stages was great for the young children. The steak was delicious and everything was cooked perfectly.Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggie options available. Cooking on the same surface as the meat might be an issue for some.Dietary restrictions: The server asked about dietary restrictions before taking our order.Parking: Parking could be a little tight if going at a busy time.Kid-friendliness: They had high chairs and immediately brought kids water cups out. The chef was very accommodating and put on a show for the little ones. They were thrilled and enjoyed all the food.“
