Even though the sushi bar is turned into a daycare (which I would normally rail), this might be the BEST sushi rice I've had. The Ikura was excellent, and all Nigiri sooooo fresh. If they re-did the shop front, they could really turn it up.
The ramen was flavorful and comforting, with a rich broth and perfectly cooked noodles. The sushi was fresh, beautifully prepared, and tasted amazing. Great quality food and excellent service—I would definitely come back again when I’m in Colorado.
a wonderful, locally owned sushi spot that also serves a lunch special 11-3:30 that includes teriyaki and katsu dishes. the prices are incredible, the food is perfect and the proportions are rather huge for Japanese food.
