For dinner, I ordered the Mixed wings and drums in the Spicy sauce and a side of the Korean street corn. Mind-shattering flavor and crunch! This is amazing chicken, fried to perfection. I usually have low expectations with anything just labeled as “spicy,” but it definitely brought the kick AND savory goodness! The street corn is fantastic, though I feel like a spicy option should be created and offered. Left more to be desired, but great regardless! I can’t wait to return here to dine in 🍴“

Every dish we’ve tried for more than a year has been richly flavored, well executed, and served at an ideal temperature. The husband & wife team who run the place are gifted chefs, as well as friendly, helpful, and very hard working, as is the rest of the small staff. This storefront restaurant has now become solidly and regularly very busy, which it well deserves. Try it, and try multiple dishes on and off the menu. “Catering an event for 150 people with food everyone will like is almost impossible...but somehow Teriyaki Madness managed to make everyone happy! The variety of food and the portion sizes were great and they were so easy to work with. Everything was fresh and hot and so many people commented that they would definitely be visiting the restaurant in the future.“

“Just found this gem of a place last week. Been there twice since the first time.… What I have tried has been on par with great Vietnamese joins I’m used to in Houston. Authentic, fresh and a great value. Combo noodle bowl is tasty and refreshing. Great grilled flavor on the meats. The Vietnamese egg rolls are a great app.- very tasty! Lunch special was good (I got the combo kung pow), but will stick to Chinese restaurants to order Chinese food, BUT will be getting pretty much all of my Vietnamese food from here from now on. Generous portion sizes (they don’t skimp on the meats) at a very reasonable price point. For me the icing on the cake was that they give great quality stuff for to-go orders (substantial to go containers, a quality cutlery set with high quality fork, knife and chopsticks). I’ve been in F&B for 25+ years and this is a tell tale sign that an establishment really cares. If in the Northgleen area, give them a try. (When i googled saigon basil, there a couple of places with the same name, the one I am speaking about is the one off of 104th and I-25.“

Drunken noodles - amazing. Sesame chicken was very good - too many onions though. This is our new favorite. We can’t wait to try everything on the menu.“

“I've been back 3 times in less than 2 months that's how good the food is. I have tried new things every time and each is just as delicious if not more so than the last. The only reason service didn't get 5 stars is because yes it can seem a little inattentive. However every time I went there was just one person running the whole front of house. It is a smaller place but that's a lot for one person. What matters to me more is good hot food hitting the table and that they nail.“
