“The servers were so attentive and came by often. Table seating was a little cramped but not bad and prices were a bit high, but that's to be expected from a prime location downtown restaurant. We got the okinawa roll and a sweet heart roll. They were very different but both very tasty.“

“The new owners in the past year are doing an amazing job. Some nights they’ve become so popular that they are having a little trouble keeping up but they will break their back to make it up to you. So far the food is very delicious and is my favorite in Evergreen. It’s just too bad they have the same name as a restaurant in Florida that keeps coming up on my web search. “Our miso soups and edamame arrived within two minutes of ordering despite Sushi Aji being at 100% seating capacity. Sushi platters followed quickly and the tuna and salmon lovers combo was one of the better bargains I've seen for Denver sushi with the tuna nigiri being melt in your mouth soft and the salmon fresh as well. All the rolls were great, the ginger was sharp and our server made sure we had everything we needed on a great cadence. We'll be back!“

I was so glad that was at the end bc my feelings would have been hurt if I found it before I was just about finished eating. my daughter had a Cali roll that she said was good. and a kid's bento box. the Ramen was a bit dry IMO but everyone liked it fine. good mango lemonade. I did an Arnold Palmer with mine.“
