best sushi in boulder by far and such a kind family running it / super cozy family run feel
The Omakase experience is a must. Incredible, seriously leaves you speechless. Book a week in advance, they import special cuts special for you and they put a lot of planning into your experience. 8 pieces was filling, but 10 would be my suggestion simply because it was so darn good. Chef and staff are kind and genuinely care about the experience you have while there.

Sushi Bistro TASUKI provides an excellent dining experience with a cozy atmosphere reminiscent of Japan. The sushi is fresh, never frozen, and sourced from Japan. The menu features a blend of omakase and individually selected items, including dishes like salt-grilled mackerel, agedashi mochi, and miso-simmered dishes. The restaurant gets super busy and is sometimes packed, so reservations are recommended. The fish still tasted really fresh and everything was delicious, including the sashimi and sushi rolls which were super good. The service is friendly and attentive. Overall, it offers high-quality sushi and a very authentic Japanese spot that creates a memorable experience.
