“The Omakase experience is a must. Incredible, seriously leaves you speechless. Book a week in advance, they import special cuts special for you and they put a lot of planning into your experience. 8 pieces was filling, but 10 would be my suggestion simply because it was so darn good. Chef and staff are kind and genuinely care about the experience you have while there.“

“I love this place so much. Great food, small intimate atmosphere, and friendly people all in adorable downtown Louisville. The sushi is always super fresh and the vibes are the closest to actually being in Japan of anywhere we've had sushi in the Boulder area. This is one of our go to date night spots! The king mushroom appetizer is one of my favorite foods ever and I'm pretty sure I could eat it everyday for the rest of my life and not get tired of it.
