exceeded our expectations! The cheese ramen was amazingly rich and flavorful, delicious soft boiled marinated egg, and tasty noodles. What stops this from being 5 stars, is the chashu, it was a tiny portion and very overcooked. The tsukemen was very tasty, but broth was too thin and not as rich/concentrated as it should be.

Th me shin spicy cheesy ramen is one of my favorite meals in all of Colorado! I adore this place!

Shin Yuu Izakaya is a nice, authentic Japanese restaurant in downtown Louisville. It offers a very authentic ambiance and is a great place for izakaya-style dining with a great selection of small plates, sushi, sashimi, and meal options. The food is delicious, awesome, fantastic, and very impressive, with highlights including fantastic veggie gyoza, awesome vegetable ramen, outstanding Shin Yuu Spicy Ramen, absolutely delicious Pork Katsu Curry, and very good, totally legit sushi. Yakitori skewers like chicken gizzard, chicken heart, and pork belly are also great. The fresh uni nigiri is very fresh, creamy, and worth it. The amazing broth is another draw. The staff provides solid, on-top-of-their-game service. The restaurant can be a bit on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. It has an easy location with lots of parking and also offers a good late night happy hour.
