I used to live in Louisville 6 years ago and am visiting for work. I love coming to downtown Louisville, brought back a lot of memories - Main street is so quaint and unpretentious. Zucca was just the vibe I was looking for to treat myself to dinner. I love the rustic lived-in atmosphere. The semi upscale menu (fresh homemade noodles) is balanced with a casual dress code and unexpected yet refreshing grungey playlist :)

Great food and location, I always go there on my birthday in November, and when it’s warm and cold outside it’s perfect. Today July 2, at 5pm, wow was it hot inside, with no fans, and the front door open. Half my table was sweating and when we left it was cooler outside. Wild to have no cooling in the dead middle of summer. I’ll be back in the fall for sure tho
Thanks to the great hospitality of GM Alex Wilson, we were able to book a table for 10 for Mother’s Day. The whole Zucca team, especially our waiter, was an absolute delight, and the food was delicious. We had a wonderful Mother’s Day celebration and can’t wait to go back to Zucca!
