Loved the Cavateli Vodka Rustica. My girlfriend got the gluten free version and I got it normal. Both were incredible and if you don't know what to get, then get this one. Super flavorful, great textures, and quite filling considering the smaller serving

Spent $70 for meals for two people and got the most disappointing takeout I've ever eaten. And honestly the worst Italian food. It's pretty hard to mess up pasta. Got chicken fettuccine and Bolognese, both were basically dry noodles and didn't fill even half of the containers they were served in. $6 for two pieces of broccolini and $10 for a tiny, wilted Caesar salad. The focaccia was the only thing that was truly tasty. Will not go again when there are so many incredible food options for half the price and twice the serving size in Louisville.

We had leave after we were seated. It was so incredibly loud that we couldn't even hear each other and talk comfortably sitting right next to each other. We had to wait for our reservation to be ready but couldn't sit at the bar because they were allowing kids to sit belly up to the bar! The staff were very nice though. It would probably be a fun place if you weren't liking to have a date night.

Our favorite local in Louisville and by far our favorite Italian in Boulder. We go here regularly and this review is long overdue. Food is exceptionally fresh, tasty and delicious. The best homemade pasta. The atmosphere is great and the Zucca team is amazing and friendly and we always get fantastic service. Takeout is excellent too. It never disappoints.

Seriously amazing food! Great atmosphere! And friendly attentive stuff. Went for dinner tonight and already recommended this place to three people so far! Can't wait to visit again and enjoy the food.

Food was amazing. And best panna cotta we've ever had.Our waiter, Jackson, seemed in a rush to get us out even though there were plenty of people still in the restaurant and lots of open tables. Made for an awkward experience.

The short of it: the food here, in my opinion, has gotten consistently worse over each visit. I’ll be honest, we really only love the garlic bread. The bread they provide otherwise is usually extremely cold and possibly a little stale. The oil is also rancid. Besides that, I’m usually a fan of the fettuccini… but there’s a bit IF with that. I only like it when I remember not to add chicken. The chicken they use is horrendous. I’ve seen multiple reviews about this already, but it genuinely tastes like canned chicken. Maybe even worse. There has to be a better solution. Last time I had dined here, I ordered the pesto rigatoni. It was good, not great. My biggest issue was that 75% of the dish was just tomato. It seemed so out of place and should’ve been a garnish at best. The saving grace is the service. I don’t have a single complaint about any of the people who have waited on my wife and I. They’re always friendly and attentive. The kitchen seriously needs to step it up, though.

Decided to try this place after going shopping on a Sunday. I'm really glad we did. I got the Fettuccine Funghi and added chicken. It was so good. Fresh mushrooms with that sauce is just one of the best things I've ever eaten. The chicken was not just white meat, it was a mixture which is really nice to see. The noodles were cooked perfectly as well. So good. My girlfriend got Fettuccini Quatro Formaggio, which I had a bite of - and it was dang good too. For sure what I will be getting next time if I'm not craving mushrooms. Service was great, they are really attentive to you and make sure you have everything and are getting everything that you need. Servers will bring you bread before your meal with some olive oil, which is delicious as well. The place looks and feels like it could be in Italy somewhere. The tables seem old, which is not bad - at all. Things feel new yet rustic; as if everything is old but yet well taken care of. We will for sure be going here again.

Great ambience and seemingly popular place, but the food left a lot to be desired. We tried five plates between 4 guests and no one was impressed. Kids Rigatoni was returned to the kitchen and we ordered kids cheese pizza which was declined by hungry kids. Salmon was so so and the zucchini plate was strange to put it mildly. Service was admittedly great, but the kitchen was slightly better that Olive garden.

Fabulous happy hour! Runs from 4-6pm Tuesday- Sunday, with some great deals on drinks of all kinds, pizza, and appetizers. We tried a wide range of foods- the standouts were the calamari appetizer and the duck ravioli. The chefs special pizza had ham, various cheeses and a balsamic reduction drizzled over it. It would have been the best part of the meal but it was a little burnt on the bottom. Loved the sangria di christo- it was a great sangria with a little carbonation added that gave it an extra zing. My friend didn't recommend the chicken parmesan, but honestly there were so many other good dishes on the menu that I blame him for ordering something so standard. Our server was excellent, although we asked for two separate checks and he just split the bill in half- would have preferred our items on one bill and the other parties on their own. The ambiance feels very upscale and is nice to bring guests to or for a date. Plus it's on main Street in downtown Louisville, so there's great areas to walk and a nearby arcade for things to do after dinner. Overall, I would go again for happy hour and get pizza and drinks for sure, despite the little hiccups.
