“We recently held our son's and our new daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner at Parma Trattoria & Mozzarella Bar and every detail was perfect! Emilio and Mike provided helpful guidance every step along the way and ensured that our event went smoothly. We had a large party (44 people) and they recommended that we hold our event in the heated patio area for more privacy which was a great call. Our amazing servers Julie and Ilona are top notch and didn’t miss a beat. From helping us set up/decorate the tables to taking our orders to promptly serving/clearing dishes after each course to ensuring that no one waited for beverages, their service was flawless! And the food! Everyone raved about how delicious each dish was. I forgot to take photos of all my dishes but included a few to show how beautiful/tasty they look/are! It's hard to pick a favorite dish since we ordered just about everything on the menu and it was all delicious! Great cocktails and wine list too! A special callout to our new in-laws (the Francas and the Englishs of Thornton) for recommending Parma! We highly recommend Parma Trattoria & Mozzarella Bar and their talented/customer focused team for their delicious food, inviting atmosphere, and outstanding service!“

We have eaten at Zucca before, it was always very pleasant on weekdays. I kept apologizing to our friends as I picked the restaurant and made the reservation. The wait staff did an admirable job. “We went for lunch or the first time today and had the amazing lunch. We eachhad the lunch special, which includes a specialty Pizza and a salad of your choice for starting at $14.50. I had the funguy Pizza, which is a Mushroom Pizza. It was absolutely amazing. I ordered mine without arugula , as I do not perfer that. It was so good that I ordered a full size to take home for dinner. Our server was Jordan and she was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside I have to say is that their drinks were just okay. We had a Italian spritzer that was kind of tart, and then I ordered a Vodka martini, which they said they do not commonly make, and I could tell why... I sent it back and ended up getting a glass of red wine but the pinot noir was mediocre at best. I think management should up their Wine selection and quality, if they're going to pair with Italian dishes. I would definitely go back and order more Pizza and the meatballs look amazing as well.“

“We received a gift card from a family member at Christmas and decided to use it on a Saturday night in January. The restaurant was packed but there was seating in the bar area, so we decided, what the heck(!) and went to the bar. Once seated we were greeted with the friendliest bar staff, Marissa and Tiernan. We wanted a glass of red and Marissa recommended the Porta Vita Italia. It is a delicious bargain and we were so impressed (and now hooked!). Our food was and continues to be great, as now we have become Saturday night regulars! We are Italian and honestly did not think we could get a traditional and tasty meal at a chain. Marissa and Tiernan, thank you for the excellent, friendly customer service and sweetness. You both are classy, sassy and super bad-**sy! “The food waa authentic and delicious. The gluten free menu is a shining star at Carelli's. The service was very slow, however. I sat for 20 minutes waiting for my cocktail. When I received it, it was watered down and there was no apology for the wait from the server.“

“We picked up pizzas for a large group activity. They were super kind, we had to wait a little bit for the pizza but we ordered a lot. So we had no problem waiting. The owner is very nice and helpful, the workers carried the pizzas to the car was very nice. Also best cannolis I have ever had, definitely freshly made.“

We were in town for a youth wrestling tournament and were staying next-door at the hotel. We called them and asked if there was a possibility and they said sure come on down. We will have you set up in our banquet room. Arrived at 8:30 and had us all out of there by 10. Nobody waited for food or drinks and the food and staff were all amazing.!! The little touches are present throughout the evening. The wine pairings take the food to the next level. And the digestiv cart is really something to behold.

I have mobility issues and couldn't go around the neighborhood to find it so the manager sent one of his employees to my house to find the order for me. They were pleasant, kind, and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my order was taken care of. Mici's gave me such good customer service, and I am so thankful to have them in my neighborhood.“
