About Taverna Laudisio

Taverna Laudisio is an Italian restaurant in Colorado that offers a relaxing, friendly and enjoyable dining experience. The patio is really nice, and the covered roof keeps guests dry when it is raining. The food is overall really good, with highlights including the salmon and the polenta entrees, both appetizers, and desserts such as the Tiramisu, the orange creme brule and the Creme Brulee, which are excellent. The linguine with clams can be really salty, and the ceasar salad has been served with about 5 Romain leaves and 2 croutons, though the ceasar dressing is very good. The eggplant parmesan usually melts in your mouth, but has been served hard, green and undercooked. The pork palliard has been tasteless and dry, and the seared side dish is boxed ziti that is tasteless. The bolagnes should be served with homemade parpadelle not boxed rigatoni. Service has been wonderful and the waiter very attentive and professional, but also slow, with long waits for drinks, food, dessert and the server. Some guests have had reservations for a booth ignored. One of the best meals in Colorado for those who like Italian.

A great return of Laudisio; patio atmosphere was great and the service. Thought the pasta food was great.
My husband had made a reservation for my birthday on the patio and when arrived were going to be seated inside so waited about 20 minutes for a table on the patio. Took a while for the server to come to the table, it seemed like he was incharge of the whole patio, then took a while for just the drinks to show up. Everything was just slow, took a while to then order the food, get the food, see the server to even ask for anything like a drink, and then get dessert. We were there...read full review

I order eggplant parmesan everytime and it usually melts in your mouth last night was served hard green undercooked eggplant. The side dish seared is boxed ziti that is...read full review
