“We struggled to find the entrance, I don't think they are filling up with passersby. But once discovered - after getting over the pretentiousness of the nearly hidden silver door with an S on it, we had a fantastic meal!Everything we ate was delicious, the wine I had was very good if a bit overpriced. The service was excellent.We had the gnocchi (perfectly cooked ,interesting flavor) and the scallop risotto with black truffles. The latter was perfect.The desserts were the highlight for us - I would highly recommend the pistachio creme brulee.Only complaint was the tap water tasted like dirt. “Talk about living up to the hype! Took my wife here for our joint bday week, they could not have been more amazing. We did the chefs table where you get to watch the magic of the kitchen and learn about the history of the dishes through a tasting menu. My vegetarian options were out of this world. The beet steak dish was actual f$&/ing magic. She got the wine pairing, which was also accompanied by incredible story telling in its own right. So, so special. Truly worth the splurge. “We chose Urban Field to do the catering for our wedding at River Bend in July. Paul invited us to their restaurant in Longmont for a tasting and we knew after meeting with Nick and trying the food/drinks that we wanted them to feed our people! We could just tell that Nick really loves and cares about what he does. He sat and chatted with us and brought us plate after plate of lovingly made, GREAT food, dessert, boxed up our leftovers, and even sent me home with a big container of their ranch that I loved. Paul, Nick, and Darrin were all amazing to work with and many of our guest said it was the best food they have EVER had at a wedding. They all worked patiently with us to create custom menus with some of our favorite foods. The late night pizzas...no words. It was also great working with Darrin to create our signature cocktails and coordinate our alcohol order--he really went above and beyond day of, giving us our leftover premixed signature cocktails and sending the leftover food home with us as well. Best Cacio e Pepe I've had in quite a while and my wife really enjoyed her Aglio e Olio Artichoke Pasta.We had Honey Goat Cheese Schmear on French Bread and Smoked Salmon Bites to start. “Such a very pleasant surprise to find such an exquisite Italian Restaurant hiden in a stripmall in Louisville CO! I heard some recomendations from friends that suggested we visit this hidden gem. I was so happy that I did. we chose to sit at the bar becuase the dining room felt busy, besides I always find that you get bettter service. we were not disapointed. Our Barteneder Trace was attentive and handsome! My girl and I loved the rare Tequila's and Whiskeys, I even enjoyed the Italian Lager. “I was looking for pizza and Pasta Press came up, I knew they didn’t serve any pizza but the pasta looked enticing and decided to give it a try to end our night.I can not tell you how DELICIOUS our food was. I ordered the Arrabiata and my wife ordered Cacio De Pepe and it was the absolute most delicious pasta we’ve ever eaten in our lives. “I am extremely particular. And I notice EVERYTHING. I eat out a lot and at some of the “best” restaurants in the world. This is now one of my favorites. Everything about this restaurant was incredible and impeccable! The service was absolutely fantastic w/o being fussy. The food was outstanding. And creative without trying too hard. “My husband had shoulder surgery, and he was hungry after, so we stopped here on our way home. Our server Alejandra was absolutely amazing before we ordered she noticed my husband wasn't feeling well asked if he was okay explaining that he just got out of surgery she brought him a little bowl of chicken soup and some crackers to hold him over. “Chose this place to celebrate my birthday with my family, as neither of us has ever been here before. Every single thing we had was amazing! The artichoke appetizers were my favorite, but equally great were the olives and fried tortellinis. Had the fettuchini with vodka sauce and mushrooms, that was so delicious I couldn't wait to eat my leftovers the next morning. I also had the sundae brownie with a scoop of vanilla gelato, that brownie was warm and moist, it was phenomenal!“

“Updated for Easter: Six of us went and enjoyed ourselves. Two had chicken and pasta dishes, three had shrimp ? scampi (1 GF), and one had a pesto dish with shrimp. Salads were very fresh, bread was hot, and large servings required doggie bags. The second room was relatively quiet. Very pleasant adult family dinner with 3 generations. Had to pass on dessert since they were out of spumoni.The manicotti was lukewarm, but tasted very good. The cannoli was very bad. On the positive side, the cannoli filling was put in prior to serving in order to keep the shells crispy. The filling was more like ice cream than ricotta and confectioners sugar. Either the ricotta wasn't drained well, not enough sugar was used, and/or it was not kept cold. See the Niwot location for how to make properly. Plus, don't try to stick a single patron at the bar--especially when only a handful of tables are in use and it's close to closing. Waitstaff should remove the phrase "only one" from their vocabulary.“

“We came to Ado’s with a group of 12 for dinner the night before our wedding. The staff was awesome and attentive, and Ado came out to speak with us. Everyone raved about the food — I had the chicken marsala and it was hands down the best I’d ever had. It was a great experience and we will certainly return next time we visit Boulder.“

The couple we dined with had a substantially bigger bill because of their entrees, salads, drinks, etcSo, no problem with separate checks. “We had a long day of traveling and decided we wanted pizza we stopped into Hillside, right off the vibes were so welcoming and comfortable.Simon greeted us with positive genuine energy and walked us through the menu and deals. The pies were super reasonable and so delicious my favorite part is the crust. The sauce and dough are made fresh daily and you can really tell the difference. Simon also mentioned that they stay away from can foods and use fresh ingredients. There is also an arcade space to play games while you wait for your pizza. I don’t understand any of the people that complain about the place or say the food is gross because if you have ever been to other colleges dinner halls they don’t even compare to this one also the price his grate if you go to any other buffet it’s going to cost you over $20 dollars even if you go for the cheaper option like Golden Corral the only thing I would complain about is the time it closes which is 8 o’clock every day which in my opinion is pretty early“
